Please make a windows like that has a .exe.
Ubuntu step-by-step instructions:
* sudo apt-get install python2.7 python-pygame python-pip git
* sudo pip install pytmx
* git clone https://github.com/FinnStokes/cosplay-chase.git
* cd cosplay-chase
* python src/main.py
Nice idea, real pity about the slowdowns. I got to 18 seconds, but with some big gaps in the action.
I hope the local venue went well.
I have added a windows executable, and optimised my view calculation code so it should be much less laggy.
frnknstn: Thanks for those more detailed instructions, I probably should have written something like that up in the first place. Our local venue went pretty well, not quite the turnout we might have hoped for, but the people that came along seemed to have fun and made some cool games.
I don't know what to do in the game
Simple but fun and addictive! It could use some sort of goal and a ramping up difficulty, but well done nonetheless!
I love how the game can switch from being all sneaky to action so quickly. The themes a funny one too =D. The game would benefit from extra objectives other than being caught (optional pickups or something).
Really unconventional take on the theme!
Please make a blog post so I can give you a trophy!
