A nice idea, however I found that I was getting far too many upgrades, and not nearly enough towers. I was just changing my tower for the sake of using my options, not because I wanted to.

I really like the controls, but I think the enemy cells need to be slower at the start. You cannot stop for a second to even pick up the evp, and if you stop to buy an upgrade then you get swarmed and die. Great visuals, good sound, and well made, just balancing issues really. Good job

I liked this game until I got to the jumping puzzle where you keep getting bigger. If you're going to play with how fast I can move between the blocks and how far I can jump, please don't make it have a perspective shift as well. I gave up after about 25 attempts, most of the time dying because of how the controls worked. Apart from the controls though, really good idea, simple but effective art style, and decent sound.

My only complaint really is that it is quite short and easy. But great use of the theme, one of the only games I've seen that takes evolution for what it actually is, instead of trying to pretend like like upgrades are evolution.

Fantastic game, awesome evolution of a shmup. I felt like I wanted more cannons towards the end, but really well developed with the cogs and other physics elements

The mana bar really did take far too long to regen, it didn't make it challenging, mainly because the enemies didn't really ever attack you, so you were never running away madly. I think having a little more progress indications would have been better. Like the first time you fed the dragon, he grew a bit, then when you were half way done, then finally a full grown dragon at the end. Cause I was walking around forever just wondering if I was actually accomplishing anything. But seriously great work on the art assets and sound design, looks very good for such a sort time frame.

A nicely made game, with some thought put into the graphics and level design. However as soon as you introduced enemies who could shoot it instantly became frustrating. I was die, only to then be killed again by a bullet that was fired in the previous life, then spawn and walk forward to be hit again by another bullet. The music also cut out about halfway through, so it was fairly silent.

The damage txt flashes so quickly it was dificult to understand what I should and shouldn't attack, and very slow farm as mentioned.

I liked the concept, and although it was difficult it almost always felt like it was my fault if I died, not the controls fault, which is hard to do. My only advice would be to decrease the range of the collision of the spike plants, cause quite often I would die from them when I really wasn't even near them. Also i couldn't finished the game, as when i got up to the part where I had legs, something bugged out when I died so the plants were spitting things at twice the normal rate, I could tell cause they were only animating the spit once for every two bullet things. So there was literally not enough time to get over some of the jumps. Also the breath sound got really annoying after a while. But good work man, nicely thought out puzzles put together with some interesting mechanics.

Really innocent and fun aesthetic, I probably would have left some of the evolutions later if u want to collect 11 gems, it can get a bit repetitive.

I think it would have been better to have you just be another fish. Because although I was meant to eat things that were smaller than me, but leave bigger things alone, I was always bigger than anything on the screen, but some things still hurt me. Music was pretty good, but it didn't loop, so once it had played I was then just playing in silence.

I honestly had no idea what I was doing at any point. I didn't understand what the different elemental gates actually changed on my creature, and didn't feel like I was guiding it along any sort of path, just randomly hoping for a correct change.

Really different idea, The kits seem to spend most of their time upside down though. Was a little confusing to see what I was evolving to sometimes.

yeah, collecting 35 things in the first level is a little harsh, especially when u have more interesting things in the later levels.
It worked fine for me though.
