Fun to play! The music was also perfect for the mood. If you were to add some variety of levels or themes I think it could have some legs as a longer game!
Great job!

Great job!
Needs some sound to accompany fun-ness! We played it for nearly 30 minutes - awesome job!
Having difficulty accessing the web version - just a heads up!
Love the graphics and gameplay! Mood was spot on too. The one thing that did confuse me a bit was that I had to start out with the top crop, makes tons of sense once you figure it out, but it took some time to realize.
Great job!
Great job! I like the audio and mood particularly - game play was smooth too! The tutorial was a big help - thanks for including it.
Really enjoyed it! The voice acting had me hooked and the mood was great - I think that made me want to play more. The controls were neat and enjoyed having to pace out the sequence. I'd love to see what it could become with unique characters/stories.
Like the exploration of two different genres and appreciated how accurate the growth cycle of the crops was. Love the art on the cards too! I think music would do well to enforce the "farming mood" and I could see levels of this being build out via different seasons and money goals. Great job!
PS: I did get stuck with a bunch of tools and couldn't get out without exiting, but maybe I just missed how to get out.
This is 100% hilarious - great concept and awesome job embracing the theme!
Good job, can absolutely see levels of difficulty playing into this game with speed/difficulty of questions post LD41. I liked the music - was it just me or did it get faster as you got closer to dying? I felt the pressure!
This is an interesting concept - kind of reminds me of mindfulness drawing books. Music was great and fit the visuals perfectly! The movement was challenging, but I would say that was a bonus. It forced me to pay attention and kept my focus on the task.
Awesome job!
Can see this becoming a fun educational game - think multi-player racing against others. Great start!
Interesting! Appreciated the story and got eaten first time round. Definitely like the idea of a farming/horror game albeit more task driven initially, I could see this evolving into a more open world type game.
Definitely hard to play - it was difficult to pick which part of the screen to focus on, but that made it all the more hilarious and fun!
@dlowe Thanks for the feedback and glad you appreciate the absurdity! It definitely has some tricks to it to increase the difficulty.
@Scrumplesplunge Thank you for playing! I can say, as a hint, the trick to the room is in the list if you tap out help, but might not be clear from first glance. We definitely wanted to add a layer of complexity. The backspace button is something we took out on purpose for absurdity, but totally appreciate the feedback. If built out further out we'll definitely want to add it back in - it'd be tiring to keep up over time.
@marioman68 Thank you for checking it out! It's definitely a polarizing game type but glad to hear it was fun and enjoyable to listen to as well.
@Maytch Thanks for letting us know - it's the first we'd heard of it but seems to be working elsewhere. We'll dig in either way. Thanks!
@Gonz0 Interesting - it seems to be working for most - we'll dig in a bit more on that- appreciate it! Make sure to give it a good click to get the keyboard working. Thanks!
@Mau Ah, that would defeat the purpose of the game - the point was to be more absurdist! From a future game/evolution perspective though, it would be a possibility!
Thanks!
@TheCrittersCove The next puzzle is tricky, 100%, and the difficulty in clicking is something we specifically implemented to push the absurdist theme. Thanks for giving it a shot!
@Gonz0 Ah, yeah absolutely - if the theme hadn't pushed us to bring two completely incompatible ideas together I would fully agree - then just a a point/click or keyboard would be ideal from a playability standpoint ha.
@folex70 Thanks for playing! Glad it gave you some laughs!
@candlesan Thank you for playing - so glad you had fun with it. We were hoping the cat and the art kept the players in through the absurd gameplay of a point and click keyboard. 100% would like to make it either text or keyboard for playability post LD41.
@Reddogstone Haha it is a hilariously absurd concept - glad the voice made it worth it!
@Juutis Thanks for playing though our hilariously awkward game! Definitely appreciate you sticking through it!
@acotis Thank you for the feedback - a clicking sound would be a good addition, great idea! Maybe it would make the feeling of moving around and clicking on a keyboard 1% less frustrating. The backspace key we removed for frustration points, but 100% will add back in post LD41 :D
And thank you for liking the float sound!
@pogo I love that "an exercise in frustration" - we designed it with that in mind but I didn't have a name for it. The hope was if something was truly incompatible, it should be just completely ridiculous. You can imagine what testing it was like, ha.
It's super subtle but the [modifier] in the text was the clue, but totally understand if it's not clear. We mildly considered adding a voice clue to help but ran out of time. Thanks for playing (and putting up with it :D).
I like the concept of this! I think it could get really interesting and be super varied - think the high fashion version for a style-type genre or a more like a thematic one as a fun-game.
Mood totally works as well, had a huge smile on my face the whole time.
It's pretty difficult, but had a ton of fun with it! I could see multiple stages being built easily off this idea. Great job!
This is super addictive and I love the art and feel of it. I can appreciate that it's quite difficult, but entirely beatable. Would love to see the story developed more post LD41!
Awesome game!
