Awwww, this was amazing. I didn't find any purpose or challenge, though. But still, as a sandbox, this game is good. The player animation is great, but the best part of this game is "Aaaa" sound.
So hard. Didn't pass level 3. Retried it 15-20 times.
It is really frustrating when every litte bump costs you a precious hp. And taking a nap every 10 seconds does not help. But overall it is good.
Maybe, I'll beat level 3 tomorrow.
Graphics is really great. Music and sounds are good, too.
It was really hard. I barely got to the Grand City, but only at night.
Great night walking effect. And I really loved how you used the theme.
I could fly to the Moon and play among the stars.
As said before, the game lacks some purpose and challenge. And also variety. Maybe you could search the lake for photographers and there could be some "legend-meter" that rises when someone takes a picture of you and falls as the time passes.
Nice game. Could be even more nice if there was a second of invulnerability after being hit. And there are sometimes combinations of obstacles that are impossible to hit.
Nice animation, sounds and music. But the gameplay is slow and quickly becomes boring. I loved the ability to spam "Dash" though.
I don't have another person here to play with me. But I launched the game and walked around for a while.
The good thing about this game is the simple task that can become fun when you are playing with friends (its simplicity reminded me of GLtron game).
The bad thing is there is not much to play with. If there were some abilities or powerups or obstacles, it could be fun. There is flashlight, though. I didn't use it in action, but I think it can be a first step to making this game more fun.
I didn't understand anything. There was a ghost. And there were a lot of people. And when I touched them, they disappeared. And then the ghost said something. And the game was over.
Sticking to the walls was really annoying. And I couldn't shoot stuff with this slow bullets.
But otherwise it was really great game.
I finally gave up in trying to shoot and started to run and dodge. Now I want to make a game where player dodges bullets and runs around.
CheesyRamen, thank you =)
Gelatohead, yeah, it is one of several things I think I could do better.
AngryRebel, the snatchable monster are slightly brighter.
Artsuom, I guess I played this game too much and got bored of slow progression. So I made it faster =)
I like how you close your mouth when you are on the ground
This was amazing. Really great game.
I was wondering if anyone would make a game like this for LD34. I'm glad someone made it.
The overall feel was nice, the text in the end was funny, the monster was cute, the walking-on-the-ceiling part was unexpected and cool.
This is a really great game. Everything feels so polished.
There were times, though, when it felt too hard or too easy. For example, one time closer to the end I was just standing in the middle of the screen and me regular bullets were taking out everything by themselves.
And there were a few times when I had to retry a wave, but overall difficulty increase is ok.
By the way, it was kinda frustrating to see bullets that are flying right in your face and not being able to dodge them because you are in a corner. I think the gameplay could be improved. Not in a way "there's much to improve. It sucks now", but in a way "Everything always could be improved. There is no perfection"

fluidvolt, thank you very much. I am so unsure about this game that you comment makes me feel much better.
Thank you all very much.
Your suggestions are all really helpful. The spawn position could be moved lower, the laser sound is louder than the other sounds and it would be nice to have a boss health indicator.
If I make any additions to this game, those are sure to be the first ones.
@fiddenmar. Yeah, someone has pointed the part about ESC on the LOVE forum. If my game need something, it's polish.
And your tactic of attacking the root block from a very close distance should have failed, I think, because the root block becomes invincible when there are enough blue blocks.
I's great that you managed to fit so much features in just two buttons. I liked the music and graphics. The gameplay was good, but it can be polished.
It took me a while to figure out the controls and how to make the tree grow. But still, this is the best entry I played so far. Awesome
