I clicked the link and it gave me an error message. you might want to check that out your idea looks cool though.
its just really damn fun. i don't know any other way to put it.
loved the sound track!
Yea that was a last minute omission. something wasn't going to get done and that had to be it.
Hm.. Yea I don't know why it wouldn't be working. Sorry about that. :(
the win condition was never programed in. you can move to any level you want. i didn't have time at the end to do the win condition.
I was hoping to see some interesting interpretations of the theme. Spot on.
Something about this is just plain hilarious. :)
This was really well done in terms of creating gameplay that felt like depression and how trapping it is. Its really good to see people trying to focus on emotion. You did a good job conveying depression and we tried to do something similar with grief.
Hey! Really thought you did a great job with the tutorial and the music is pretty good too. The bullets canceling each other out sometimes made it feel like you and the enemies were just shooting at each other to try to get a bullet through and the attacks were a bit too fast to make dodging worth it. I would try more powerful enemy attacks that the player needs to shoot to survive. If you have a few enemies in a room and they're attacks really hurt then the player would have to focus on dodging them or shooting them out of the air. To balance it out the attacks would be slower and less frequent.

This game is just plain fun. And there are some really interesting design decisions here too. Being able to jump the entire screen is really cool and makes dodging enemies more the focus. I also like that you can immediately come back down by pressing space in the air. I may start using that mechanic myself.
This is dark in the best possible way. The choose your own adventure elements also really let you explore the ramifications of the world you created.
You should really consider working on this more and selling it. I think its very close to being a marketable product.
