I enjoyed the game, but wished to have some kind of challenge added to it, like hiting an island or yourself would hurt you or end the game. Other than that it was actually fun. Also, what was that on level 3? I could only recognize a ladder and some kind of sea monkey
Simple yet entertaining game. Achievments, online highscore and even a offline co-operative mode would make this even better.
One thing that annoyed me a bit, the graphics are very stale, as the game progressed you should have made something like the ice blocks slowly changing color, or the lava having more bubbles, something to make visual to the player that he is indeed growing in the game. Albeit simple, a graphic modification like that would greatly improve the replay value.
Stopped playing at wave 12! I really liked it, the monsters creeped me out the first time they hit me. The only thing that bothered me was that I could hear the shots hitting the monsters far far away. Other than that, the game felt very well polished and professional.
As a game, it's one of the best on this edition of LD. I love TDs, and this one was really well built. The concept of a factory and a bank were really creative!
My only complaint is the music, which was getting on my nerves after some wave, which led me to stop playing.
Other than that, awesome game, keep on improving it!
The movement felt a bit clunky, as if you were too heavy, and the lack of sound was also a problem, but the graphics were kinda nice. After dying a lot on the "dolphin" I finnaly got the treasure :)
I really liked what you did in the sound department. I was just hovering around relaxing and listening to the music. The crashing sound effect was really well thought too. The only problem were the controls and physics, that didn't really make me feel like I was piloting an airplane, but it was fun while it lasted!
The whole concept is very cool, remembered me of the boy and his blob and E.V.O. Too bad it was not complete, that would make an awesome platforming game!
Very fun to play! Also, loved the music and the rowing fx. My only complain is that I just got the Swine Flu shot, so my left arm is kinda numb, I wish I could play using the arrow keys. Other than that, awesome game.
I didn't find the gameplay very intuitive, maybe I'm missing the point somewhere... The complete lack of audio also bothered me (played the web version, I don't know if the Windows one has any audio)
Really liked your approach to the theme, but I had one huge problem with the game. The text scrolls TOO FAST! "My mother was pregnant and then..." And the help text, on the beggining of the actual gameplay was hindered because of my sudden movements, I felt like I skiped 3 or 4 instructions because I accidentaly left the island or dashed too soon or something like that.
But, nevertheless, it was real fun, and the story was very interesting.
Like Xopods said, the concept was interesting, albeit not a game, the way you exposed the story made me craving for more and so I kept going on. Some problems though, the mouse sensivity (I don't know if I can edit it) was WAY too high, which made me fall one or two times. It's like an YouTube video, where you wan't to rewind it only a bit, and then it starts all over the beginning. Also, the lack of sound made it harder to have any emotional attachment to the story, maybe next time you should think about that.
At last, WONDERFUL work with the skies and textures, those were REAL nice artworks.
I trapped the kiwis thinking that I was so clever only to find out that probably everyone already did it in order to win. Nice game, didn't last very long... Just waiting for the gloompers to die... The lack of audio also killed my mood =/
"It will tip over... It will tip over... It will tip over..." Argh, that annoyed me a lot...
Didn't understand much the concept of the game, the island "capsized" when it got to a really small angle, I though I had to realy turn everything around...
Also, the introduction skipped a time or two, even when I didn't press anything...
When the instructions came up I had a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT idea of what the game would be, and was a bit disappointed when I saw that it was some kind of Match-3, but it ended up beeing really fun, and I kept playing for a while.
Good Point: The drag and select mechanic was very creative! Bad Point: No sound besides the cries of help from my crew inside of my head.

Holy frigging pirates! The AI is just plain unfair, they go wherever I select jsut after I do it, and I can't cancel my ships travel routes...
Other than that, really fun game, wish it had a tutorial like mode.

Very nice job for a 2 hour game!

Very interesting and professional. Seemed like a real full-fledged rather than a hurried 48 hour one.
The lack of music would be my only complain...
