LD31 — Entire Game on One Screen

Zombies 'N Spies by Wezley 2014-12-08T18:01:00

One thing: I would've liked controls, where moving and aiming are not linked. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it :)

Finish Your Project by AgentParsec 2014-12-10T15:08:00

Good graphics, thought out game mechanics. It was too long for me though. The mechanics are very simple and it takes too long to complete the project imho.

But this kind of game mechanic is really awesome and can be applied to a lot of differenct scenarios. Stick to it!

Test subject #4218 by Domantas 2014-12-08T18:00:00

Wow, I love your approach to the theme. The effect when the level changes is awesome.

A Battle of Snow & Fire by SneManden 2014-12-08T20:31:00

liked it. Didn't get why the frozen ones were still in the game area though

pluvia by ENDESGA 2014-12-08T10:03:00

interesting, and as a lot of people already said: a nice concept that could definitely go further.

Brain Builder by Cheshyr 2014-12-08T20:21:00

One question: Are you a brain scientist? :P

Drunk Ninja Vs Alien by Maurogik 2014-12-08T20:28:00

Woow, very cool character design with some neat spaghetti moves, love it! :)

Neverending Snow by LittleThor 2014-12-08T08:54:00

A game with a very particular mood and the art style is just great 5/5
I find it to be innovative, but at the same time not that much "fun", maybe because it is so unfamiliar.
The very special game resolution is interesting but inconvenient. Nonetheless I am very happy to see someone experimenting with non-standard resoultions.

In the end: a special game that got me interested and lead me to write this rather long comment, well done! ;)

Rememba the Path by tedling 2014-12-08T08:30:00

haha, yeah... I'm no graphics guy, so this snowman is the best you will get from me in terms of graphics ;P

Off Screen by Bogden 2014-12-08T08:58:00

cool game! Music is good, game is fun and addictive. Only thing: I had some weird frame drops from time to time, but this could also be an issue with my browser.

Stop Christmas - the snowmen are coming! by Jan Peter (jpdev) 2014-12-08T20:24:00

Good TD. Of course, snowmen :D

Man on the Field by Double Zero One Zero 2014-12-10T15:11:00

superb soundtrack! Good old mechanics, well executed. I would have liked support for QWERTZ keyboards though.

Arena of Cube by maxyan 2014-12-08T08:11:00

I love it. Great job. Easy to learn and hard to master indeed.

Chromashift by andrewjoy 2014-12-08T07:51:00

I loved it! Great approach to the theme and innovative gameplay.

Ship the Sheep by Bardikus 2014-12-08T09:25:00

quite innovative piece of a funny game! I really enjoyed playing it.

Eternal War by goodbadokay 2014-12-08T20:18:00

Really cool approach to the theme! Very original and well executed. Love the season change!

Hunt The Yeti by Elisée and friends 2014-12-10T15:14:00

One of the best games I've played so far from this LD31. Digging holes and punching enemies into those holes... amazing!

LD34 — Two Button Controls / Growing

Water Drop's Journey by tedling 2015-12-15T10:10:00

Thanks for the feedback so far, guys. Really appreciate it :-)

Water Drop's Journey by tedling 2015-12-18T13:54:00

Thank you all for your kind feedback!
I know there are still some flaws, especially in the level design and some physics errors. The WebGL player also seems to occasionally freeze. I don't know why, but it continues after ~10secs of freeze, at least for me.

The WebGL export of Unity is still not perfect, but it surprised me besides its deficiencies. It won't take them much longer to have it at a really stable state.

Gotte vote more, lacking behind my "coolness". Luckily, the holiday season is up next ;-) Happy holidays everybody!

World Grower - Growth of the civilization by rhebsgaard 2015-12-14T16:15:00

I love that you have implemented a tutorial :-)

Very cool game idea. I wish I'd done something like that. I love these kinda games.

I also really like the music! But please, next time use anything but .rar for distribution :-P

Edo Arena by PowerSpark 2015-12-15T15:19:00

The game was fun. I think there is no other LD34 compo entry that I've played as long as yours ;-)

The only thing I'd like to mention is, that the way the enemies spawned in was kinda confusing at first. Sometimes just falling out of the air :D

Need For Seed: Undergrowth by RhythmLynx 2015-12-15T16:33:00

Very cool game. Pico-8 is something I still have to try out for myself. The one thing that you missed: Handling what happens if the player moves out of the viewable area.

[JJJ] - Jolly Jail Jumper by AwesomeAlliterationAlliance 2015-12-15T10:13:00

Good looking, well designed and incredibly polished game for a LD entry (even for jam). I'm really impressed, gonna play some more ;-)

The one thing that you might look into is the rather steep learning curve. Maybe have some extra levels in between the introduction of new mechanics. But that's just a suggestion, no complaint ;-)

FLOW by Romixal 2015-12-14T16:21:00

Very interesting "game". Very moody. It certainly is something different!

Growing Up by stevepctech 2015-12-14T22:12:00

This game is awesome! It uses the two themes really good and the look and feel is great, too.

Run Cube, run! by zguba 2015-12-14T22:07:00

I like it :) The graphics are obviously very prototype-like, but they actually work pretty well in the game.

The explosions on death look a lot like fireworks, that is awesome :D

Star Wars Spaceflight by RetroKids 2015-12-14T11:57:00

Very impressive for your age! Keep going :-)
