This is a really fun conpet ^^ Carefully chosing wich parts of the ship to salvage and later trying to at least have everything half repaired.
Tho I did find it really annoying to always have to manually pick all the scrap.
At first it looks kinda gay. Cause of the rather weak controls and hella crapy text.
But like you said. After a while it starts getting interesting. After you realize that you are shrinking. Cause of your rather morbidly different size. You start thinking, if you are even gonna make it. And then you see the room filled with the F-U blocks. AND AT THE LAST MOMENT!
The structure and build up is genius. I love it ^^

Seeing your screen shots, I wish there was a 3D close up view mode thingy :3
The game has a really slow start. And a bit unclear indications in the combat.
But the visuals are just fucking metal! >:3

I also love the contrast of the story and the game it self.

I don't know if I saw everything, but I found the gameplay a lil lacking. I just kinda played it as a runner.
Tho the estetic is superb! :3 How it looks, how you are presented to the game. Beautiful.
Only the foot steps are ear bleeding xD
@davedoublee Could you maybe describe a bit more of what you did? Did you just noramly end the day? (click "aye" when it asks you to end the day)
I tried all options in the "end day" menu and it seemes fine.
It would suck, if it was because of a technical isue.
And yes... It is a bit of a brain twister at first. Next time I will definitevly focus more time on the UI.

I just like the whole idea of it. I don't know what to add really... Though I would remove the cheap shot spell. I feel that there are better ways to do a damage spell. Like a fire ball or something that moves every turn, burning anything it touches.

God I love this. My only complaint is that I found it annoying how people could ride through me and though I loved the voice, I'd really liked to hear more line spoken. No matter what it did get a lil annoying by the end xD
Hot damn those visuals are nice! Too bad the gameplay is a lil too simple. Maybe some sort of a potion brewing mechanic could have gone a long way. And as you stated your self, the potions transforming other critters, tho that would probably take a while to implement.
Also found my self getting stuck on rocks quite a bit.
@zesix Yes... We were xD Tho we though it was ok, as we tried to make it possible to beat the first few enemies with just simple movements and spammend fire.
Tho I guess we learned something along the way new players don't get to.

So we added a post LD44 easy mode update. It just buffs the player a little bit. Hopefully this helps you enjoy the game just a bit more.

I died a couple times and on every run I tried to go faster and faster. And on the last I skipped searching the ship and went straight for the antena. My objective didn't change from "Search ship", but I didn't mind and continued on. When I suddenly saw two astronauts lying there.
When I interacted with the new astronaut, it played a cutscene. I thought it was a bug, but then it said something about dieing multiple times so I don't know what to make of it xD
Still I really enjoyed it.
Awesome art and great concept over all. That moment I realized that I had to damage my self to jump higher still gives me chills xD
Tho I did feel that the game was a little too punishing. It gives you almost no room for error, which I found really annoying after figuring out what to do a realizing that I had to redo the whole game just to proceed.
Also I think the background is a lil too distracting. I often found my self questioning what is a wall when I was in a panic running away or dodging.
And the text scrolled way to slow for me xD Maybe a skip to the next text box after pressing E again would be great.
Oh boy... Haven't played a bullet hell in quite some time xD I really enjoyed it, though i did have a few framerate drops here and there. The most notable being when the first boss shoot an insane amount of bullets behind him self. I also found a few boss patterns a lil unreasonable. Maybe limit the firing angles based on the boss's location, so he can't suffocate you in the only free corner of the screen.

I really like the idea, but I find it annoying that you don't see what furnisher you place before placing and that you have to wait soo long after placing.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the cat collection sound got a lil annoying to the end, even tho I'd say the sound effects were great in general.
Uuh... Very nice ^^ Kinda wanna make a lil zombie game now xD It's really well made, the only things I would point out is that it can be a lil hard to see what gun you're picking up and that you can't swap between guns somehow. If we are using only one gun at a time, maybe drop the one currently in use after a new pick up?
Also encountered a bug, where after closing the upgrade menu, all currently spawned enemies freezed. They unfreezed when I opened the upgrade menu again. So only new zombie hordes could really harm me.

Awesome game! Absolutely love how the story is tolled through the gameplay.
I did encounter a bug I think? Sometimes the balls would bounce in a different direction then intended. Didn't happen too often though so maybe I just did something wrong.
A very interesting idea. Absolutely hated being in the shoes of a doctor like that xD Tho I wasn't too sure how to prompt correctly, seems like the game ignored it quite often.
