I think it's a good idea, but it would be good to adjust gameplay (enemy speed, spawn enemy on mi position,. . .). I like the simply mechanics.

your games has really good atmosphere. Graphic would be more compact and the puzzles are unnecessary for this project. It can be more about your story and special feelings.

It is very cool, lot of fun and very funny graphic style and music. I like the animated textures, it look creepy. Just one thing, the pizza hasn't bottom, maybe the issue is in overturned normals.
