I like the idea and the art! But I keep barricading myself with treasures and don't know what to do then. I'm not sure if it's game over or if there is another level etc. In the full version, it would be nice if the game communicated with the player more, starting with something like a high score. And yeah, it would be nice to do something with all this gold!

@senokos @hatscat thx for comments i've updated a description a little bit
Cool game with cool art! I think some of the mechanics could've been explained a bit better (I didn't really know what to do), but the game played quite well and I really felt the pressure of not having enough space!
Cool pixelart! it looks a bit ripple, but nice looking anyway.

Great game with great artstyle! The idea with the gold is great but I have to admit that I have no idea what to do :D The goal to collect treasures feels like a punishment because it blocks your way if you have no space for it. Maybe you could have added a gold goal (how much gold you have to collect to clear the level) or a kill goal (kill / loot 20 enemies). But still the mechanics are working smoothly and the game is fun to play. Also the difficulty increases very fast, because there is no space ( gold and monsters ) You could make a post ld version and implment all the things you have on your list ;D

I have never hated dropped items this much before. It is a nice game but a tutorial would be appreciated since I got stuck multiple times without understanding why till I finally got it. The art is nice but I didn't realize who I was till I moved multiple times and noticed that there was a golden character moving as I wanted. Beyond the initial confusion, it is fun. Good job.
I like the graphics and the turn based mechanic. I would just add a check if you get stuck and then present a game over dialog.
The graphics look so cool and the color palette perfectly fits the mood. Nice job there!

Wow this was cool! I really enjoyed the aspect of being "trapped" by my own items. I tried to combine items within my menu and I think that should be a feature. Visible health and healing items would be great. Great job!

Interesting use of inventory and path-restriction. I would've liked to see some kind of feedback when attacking the enemies, same for taking damage.
Otherwise, well done!

Really cool idea with the inventory mechanic. This game messed with my intuition, as treasures that I would ordinarily be gladdened to see became both inventory and map clutter. The current implementation is minimalistic, but there's a lot of potential to be developed here. Also, the pixel art is on point. Good work!
Nice game, Love how everything is balanced! Good luck, Don't forget to take a look at ours if you don't mind and see what it's like when we just focused on graphics in this game jam! Game Link: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/42/spacelab-42a
