I really like the idea of teaching people coding this way! Clever idea. - Joey

Liberty Room by davisan 2016-12-15T00:06:00

Absolutely great art style. The puzzles were good too, had me really frustrated! I liked the entire vibe. Job very well done. - Joey

Last in Time by lonesurvivor 2016-12-13T13:39:00

I also couldn't figure out what to do after the first island however this is definitely one of the best submissions I've played.

The art and audio created an amazing mood and the text was well written. It doesn't stick to closely to the theme but it's unique and definitely stands out!

Space Junk by imphenzia 2016-12-15T18:16:00

The art style is awesome, liked the music but some of that darn air was extremely difficult to catch! Good entry! - Joey

SuperNinja by Kazik_210 2016-12-13T13:53:00

I liked the art style but I think some music and sound effects would really create a nice mood.

In terms of game play I loved the concept but not so much the execution, the attack is a little slow and short ranged and the controls are rather floaty.

However I loved the teleport mechanic and would love to see more of that. The potential in this is huge but it needs a little refinement.

HourGlass Collector by skorpyo 2016-12-13T13:46:00

Definitely the most "fun" I've had so far, I played this for a lot longer than I should have...

Super innovative, addictive and sticks to the theme :D 5/5

Last Pig Standing by HotByteDog 2016-12-13T13:13:00

The story in the description made me giggle but I cant help but feel this had a bit more potential.

The controls are a bit floaty, the game doesn't convey much about the situation and the overall gameplay concept isn't overly original.

What it does, it does fairly well however I'd love to see more lively characters and varied gameplay ^-^

Notepad Hero by hadongee 2016-12-14T12:37:00

It's not super original but it's well made and super addictive, I've spent more time than I should have playing this!

The controls are tight with one exception, you ove faster diagonally, 5m/s up and 5m/s right add up to 7.07m/s diagonally so you might wanna account for that.

Overall this is the most addictive LD game I've played so far!

Dungeon Slimes by somnolentPumpkin 2016-12-14T12:43:00

a true "tabletop RPG" :D loved it!

The Labyrinth Room by savinvadim1312 2016-12-17T00:36:00

Graphics could be improved but the concept is great :) The sound is a little repetitive but solid entry! - Joey

Hey Phil, there are plenty of walkthroughs that will contain spoilers if you want that combination! Thanks a lot for your kind words! - Joey

The Visitors by Michalidis 2016-12-14T23:55:00

Nice! I like the progressive aspect. I got to level 10 and it was quite addictive. I like the way the sprites explode into rag doll mini-ghosts when they die too :D - Joey

Obelisk by Almax27 2016-12-13T14:09:00

The art is gorgeous, the gameplay is tight and the music rocks! good job :D

Paper Cutter by mdzimmer 2016-12-15T00:10:00

I like the theme, and I figured out you can win quite easily if you spam the right-click extremely fast. Short experience but I enjoyed it! - Joey

Dawn Experiments by Ekilibr 2016-12-17T00:35:00

This is a great entry, the puzzles are well designed. Good job - Joey

Screwy Louie by Budda 2016-12-14T12:50:00

Fun little platformer with a great soundtrack. Has a kinda hotline miami feel the trippier it gets :D seriously impressive for having been created in lwjgl in such a short time!

Phase Shift Respawn by awesomerex 2016-12-15T00:27:00

I like a game that me and my mate can play, not many get made that support more than just a single player. Good job. - Joey

Fighting Spirits by Pyrofoux 2016-12-17T13:26:00

Very clever concept :D
Has an undertale vibe to it...

The Cellar by Phil Strahl 2016-12-15T06:21:00

This was a great little experience the art style and sound design created an immersive atmosphere! It fits the theme really well too ^-^ I didn't have any of the text buffering issue the others were talking about but I assume that's what you fixed after submission.

Definitely deserves a high rating! :D

I gave extra points for using your own engine ^-^

Whilst it's impressive I cant really say it was too fun. I spent most of the time trying to pick up objects that I couldn't that look the same as objects I could. Avoiding the zombies became more of a chore than anything.

IT sticks to the theme well and the movement felt good though, overall I'd give it a 3/5, another day or so to polish out some of the issue and it's an easy 4 :D

Good Job!

My Dear Pepe by Chroteus 2016-12-13T13:59:00

This is great! I'm usually a bit bored of le danke meymeys but this caught me off guard!

The cure little one liners and the opening sequence made me smile and the gameplay was entertaining and different from the other wave based defence games that have been submitted!

This needs to be expanded upon! 5/5

Bad Panda - The ex-panda-ble by Kingblork 2016-12-17T00:37:00

Solid game, I liked it! You should have functionality to slow the character down by holding shift or something, that would be awesome! - Joey

Madness Mathematica by jusw85 2016-12-13T13:06:00

Was fun once I realised what the game rules were. I did find myself ignoring most of the text and scanning for the numbers and keywords like "sells" or "finds".

Stuck to the theme well and was good fun once it got going.
