I have also forgot to mention that I used :
- Fungus for the dialogs
- DOTween for the tweening present in the game

For those who are curious and who would like to do the same :)

This time I thought I would be ready for the boss but you made it harder again! Never mind, maybe next time... Feels good to just level up :D

hadesfury 2016-12-13 22:08

This is awesome and so addictive ..
I really like the way you merge it with a little story

bomballroomstudio 2016-12-13 22:36

Very simple but addictive! Congratulation!

liquidmedia 2016-12-13 22:44

Nice 2d graphics lots of clicking but I did not see anyway to upgraded anything, maybe I just missed it I did 11 levels.

michalidis 2016-12-13 22:46

It is preferred to play the game in Full-Screen mode, because most of the time the windowed web-player does not show the whole screen - sorry about that :/

rplnt 2016-12-13 23:52

Only when I was almost finished by the boss at 2.7*10^9 HP I noticed I could lower his HP by clicking the level above. I liked the bad ending as well though, nice game :)

jyrkface 2016-12-14 01:42

I played this for wayyyyyyy longer than I should have :P
Good work!

simonhutchinson 2016-12-14 03:23

Cool! I got hooked on one of these clicking games a few months back, so I know how addictive they can be! (and I actually had to stop myself).

Great music and atmosphere.

kunonooni 2016-12-14 03:42

I spent half the night on this game! HAHA! It is so addictive and you did such a good job with it but alas I still only got the bad ending. I will definitely play this one again to get the good ending. Well Done!

erdiizgi 2016-12-14 12:40

There is a big mystery with the clicker games. It doesnt give you so much but it is f*cking addictive. I liked the intro while you are preparing player to the game. Only thing I can criticise is that I guess I want to see the upgrade costs in the screen directly. I dont want to stop while Im clicking to see the upgrade costs. Good luck and looking forward to see further development.

lonesurvivor 2016-12-14 21:27

I normally hate clicker games, but this one was well done and kept me playing till I died to the boss. Nice and fitting music and sounds, good graphics. And a little story. It just felt good clicking. Well done!

blackquiltro 2016-12-14 23:20

My mouse life expectancy has been severely reduced by your game :p
Very well done, good music and art.
Good use of the theme too.
Got to the boss but was way to underpowered.

iamkraya 2016-12-14 23:55

Nice! I like the progressive aspect. I got to level 10 and it was quite addictive. I like the way the sprites explode into rag doll mini-ghosts when they die too :D - Joey

It was so addictive I broke the game. Perfect mood / audio / fun. Eventually, after upgrading the Crit Damage too much the damage turned into a negative value, so I started giving life to the enemies instead of taking it.

But hell yeah, would play it again, 10/10.

bigpan 2016-12-15 00:15

I have to comment again. I wasn't able to keep increasing the crit dmg to beat the boss because of the negative values. So basically I guess the boss is unbeatable, which is bad, and after reading the description, considering that all of the artwork, music and sounds were downloaded and not actually made, I'll have to give this a slightly lower rating. Still 4/5 for being so addictive.

michalidis 2016-12-15 00:35

Thank you everybody for the comments and very positive rating :)
The boss actually is beatable. However, the final boss level scales with the highest level reached so the faster you meet the boss the easier it is to beat his (which was actually my point - if you want to go for hardcore, go up to level 40 and try beating an unstoppable boss :D )

So I can confirm that I have played the game and finished it with the good ending (you just have to find out how to beat him) :)

zqmony 2016-12-15 01:08

Cool game and idea. Very addictive.

kamranwali 2016-12-15 01:18

Good game. I thought I was ready to kill the boss man was I wrong. That dude has some hell of a hp. Overall good game, very addictive. Keep it up!

zgragselus 2016-12-15 01:48

I clicked a way more than I expected. Levelling up is cool.

dagorlad 2016-12-15 06:37

CLickers are always fun, especially with these beautifully drawn sprites. I'd say the difficulty curve is a bit off, I get the grinding idea and the progression in an idle/incremental game, but when you make a game like this, what you want to do is make more like an exponential curve than a heavy gap. Let the player feel the time constraining mechanic easier before putting him under so much pressure.

Good job!

andybrown 2016-12-15 08:34

Well that was fun, beat a level 56 boss! Fyi, there doesn't seem to be any incentive for fighting harder monsters with the bonus gold stat... I eventually was killing them level 1's so fast that my game almost crashed. It was a struggle to raise the level high enough to make the game stop lagging due to how fast I was killing everything. I liked having a story line hooked into a clicker, I haven't really seen that done before. Nice job!

mrerdalural 2016-12-15 12:34

It's too damn addictive!

stepp 2016-12-15 13:37

Wow, great game overall, liked the music, liked the gameplay :). It's pretty simple but flawless and that's how it should be!!

sapoi 2016-12-15 19:08

Cool game, but what is the other different ending? I killed boss like 10 times and still lost :D

chrisostome 2016-12-16 02:15

Nice spoOOOOOooooOOOOoooooOOooooky ambiance !
Game feel is nice, the sound of the gold, and crits are rewarding. I was NOT ready for the boss, and reactivated my tendinitis, which is cool somehow (and yet no so cool).

Great entry, with nice production values.

srakowski 2016-12-16 03:59

Wow, this is extremely awesome take on a clicker game. Loved the combination with rpg elements. I spent way too much time clicking, and almost forgot to come back and give you some top marks :-). Well done, honestly one of my favs this jam, great job!
