Alors pour commencer je m'appelle Virgile. Merci d'avoir fait un jeu en mon honneur. Plus sérieusement l'ambiance est là, le jeu est dur, j'ai à peine le temps d'aller tabasser des morts que je perd déjà que le chariot est déjà prit d'assaut et les tour, bien qu'elle ne coutent pas cher, tiennent trÚs peu longtemps, pas assez, en comparaison du "risque" pris. Donc manque d'équilibrage. Sinon, les asset sont top, surtout fait main et animés donc un travail impressionnant. Petit problÚme sur les déplacements qui ne sont pas normalisés apparement, on avance bien plus vite sur l'axe horizontal que vertical c'est assez perturbant. Le concept en a sous le capot, ça m'a rappelé BoxHead pour le cÎté vagues d'ennemis/tourelles. Beaucoup de belles perspective si vous décidez de poursuivre le développement. Bon courage !

The main idea is gold ! Controls are hard to figured out at first but finally it works. The global mood is here, coherent and really original among the many games of the jam. Maybe a lil bit too repetitive. Awesome overall work, with a cinematic, really, well done !

Love the art, nicely done, coherent and pretty, work perfectly with the sound design. I'm really not a fan of idle so I've been really confused at the beginning asking myself "What do I do ?" and finally I understood. You should probably look for a mechanic to force the player to do something before it becomes automatic, I reached 25m depth without doing nothing special. So, to sum up, awesome art, gameplay is smooth and it's obvious code is clean but gameplay can really be more attractive. Keep on good work !

Felt like Tim Burton making a film about his confinement. Graphics are really good, don't know if you done all of it yourself but it work pretty good with the atmosphere. Felt a bit too much stuck a loop rather than going deeper. Even if it's clear that you worked on the "introspective" way of translating deeper and deeper, it felt more like I was going higher and higher with lights increasing, music and at the end the call finally happening. Very well done ! (PS : I'm pretty sure each of level we are teleported at the beginning of the scene and lights values increases but you should find a way to make this imperceptible)

The overall work you put into this is awesome, artistic direction is coherent, player controls are challenging like the jetpack, it's not that easy to use and sometimes you can take a better path using jump to save fuel, it feels like I'm bipolar, be fast or be dead but think wise or be dead, that kind of stuff, love it !

Bon je trouve l'idĂ©e d'Ă©changer de la vie contre du buff trĂšs moyenne, Ă  la limite ça ferait plus de sens si le power-up donnait un debuff fixe tant qu'on a pas trouvĂ© un autre power-up ou encore le power up pourrait avoir un timer. L'idĂ©e des tableaux qui changent est bonne, donne du rythme et du lore au jeu c'est trĂšs cool. À approfondir ! Bon courage pour la suite

@impbox Many thanks on your feedback, it's in fact a unique looped hand-made level but we aim for the procedural generation, you got it for the camera. We'll think about it in the future ! It's in fact a reboot project since one of our teammates lost his cat. Glad to hear you still enjoyed it.

@nun-chuck Thanks a lot for your feedback ! Yeah controls may need a rework in the future, those a really basics controls. About the sonar, of course it may evolve but our goal was that we didn't want the player to know too much about what surround him, we will try to think of ways to improve the way it's done while keeping that idea intact
