Happy Space by ThatRumme 2018-08-13T20:17:31Z
Well done, unique graphics, fun gameplay, fun audio but in my opinion not really "running" out of space, I mean yeah you are "running" out of space with your rocket but yeah... XD. Liked it a lot.

Nice game, I personally would have made the blocks/shadows get bigger, the closer the blocks would come to the ground so that you feel more engaged and "stressed" because you know whats coming. I would have also added some sounds to the blocks (like @jamie-reed already pointed out).
Really well done.
Nice graphics style and fun animations, but it's over really fast.
Really liked it. Really nice and fitting fun graphics and audio. Interesting gameplay, although after some time I didn't really know what I had to do anymore. But still, I had a lot of fun.
Well done for 5h. Although I have to say, that the jumps are pretty inconsistent (one time you jump into space, the next time you are lucky to jump a block) and (that's just my opinion) I would only kill the player if he is on the ground when hitting an enemy and not while jumping through the air. Still really liked it.
Had pretty much the same experience as the other commenters, didn't understand it in the beginning, but once I got the hang of it it was really fun.
Gorgeous, really good sound design and atmosphere, great message, really well done.
Nice Idea, and great execution.
Funny "story"/voiceacting/dialogue.
But when I want to eject the pod I just freeze in place and nothing happens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .
Really nice game. Well done with the look and sound. The only thing that annoyed me was that the icons for the boxes on the UI were not really looking like the boxes so that I got confused wich boxes I need (especially the two with the blue in them).
I didn't really understand the whole game, but it was still a lot of fun.
Great game and a lot of fun with the snappy and robust mechanics interesting graphics (personally I would have put some stuff in the sky/background), and a really nice tutorial that tells you everything you need to know. One of my favorites so far.
I am currently stuck at level 3 and I am getting more and more frustrated because you get instantly reset and you have no idea really, of how close the wall is to you. I would have made something like a vignette or darken the screen if the wall was close like I did in my game (shameless plug) when you get overwhelmed.
@pennycook Thx. And yeah level_3 was a bit too big/spaces (but you can play any levels at any time they are just ranked after there "difficulty") I set the size in Unity to 1920*1080 and on itch.io:

like that.
@frostbyte4k Thx for the feedback and yeah, I got kinda caught up by the visuals and stuff and sadly didn't focus on the puzzle elements and stuff. I hope I find a better balance for the next jam.
And about the VFX I wanted to create a mood that felt a bit claustrophobic in a way like you were the little thingy you control and you are so scared and confused about the dark and gritty world that you can't concentrate anymore and everything becomes a bit blurry and strange. (that's why I went a bit overdose).
@lylefreeks What exactly was the confusing part about the game?
Thx for the feedback.
@samusoidal Thx. And about the fonts, they were handwritten and sadly I dont have a relly readable handrwiting but I think it kinda fits (if you can still read it).
@lylefreeks Ok, I hoped that with the screen getting a bit brighter and yellow and the "magical" sounds that play once you get close to the space (the yellow thingys) would tell the player to pick it up, but yeah I mayby should have put a notice/text next to it "collect the space". Thx for the feedback.
@void-productions No, thats why I opted out of the category and linked to the artist in the credits and the discription. But I'm glad you liked my choice.
@artish357 Thx for the nice feedback, and about the trail and arrow gameplay, I wanted to implement something at the start of the level, that the camera is zoomed out so far, that you can see the orbs, for you to remember where they are and find your way there through the enemies, but I did sadly not find the time to implement that correctly.
Good idea, good execution, a lot of fun, although the camera was to close/the orthographic scale was too small, which makes it hard to concentrate or react to the thing you have to avoid.
@klianc09 What's your size? And it normally just cuts of the right side, so that you can scroll to the side. And the percent at the top shows what is applied for the transaction. Buying means, that you transfer your selected money in Doller to the currency on top. Selling is the other way around. The list of percents at the bottom list the past rates. And there is a system in the back, that takes the past into account. Frankly not that well as I would have liked to make it but there is some stuff behind that.
Nice Idea, not so good execution.
- The camera was a bit anoying, so I just kept it centered. + Main menu design was nice, although the buttons are a bit too far off the side - Some bugs: - Was not able to jump the first time I tried to play - I just fell of the map at the end + Music and sound were nice, although I would have liked to be able to change the volume. - The enemys were a bit to slow if you play right. Maybe make them faster if the player is far ahead of them or has a lot of coins already.
Keep it going!
If you aren't doing it already, I would suggest putting a ring around the starting position where the enemies can't spawn. If you are already doing this, I would have liked a bigger radius or I'm just too bad :( I would also have liked some more moody music (although it's your choice what you wanted to go for) and some music at the beginning. And it was a bit loud.
Well done.
