Great game -- I've not played anything like it before, and it's really fun. I couldn't make it past level 3, but I enjoyed trying.
Also, would you mind telling me how you managed to get Unity to fullscreen in the browser like that? It looks a lot better than the default web player.
@pennycook Thx. And yeah level_3 was a bit too big/spaces (but you can play any levels at any time they are just ranked after there "difficulty") I set the size in Unity to 1920*1080 and on itch.io:

like that.

just passed it, loved the atmosphere, the look and sound work very well together... it also has this message, that even when you are in the middle of darkness, you have to push forward, ant eventually you'll succeed.) i totally loved it.
Great idea! The music is just awesome. I enjoyed playing it, but I think it would have been better if it wasn't fullscreen. Overall it's a good game. Check out my game too.

Nice atmosphere, I like this prototype !
Over all pretty good it did feel a bit lacking in terms of gameplay. as once you find both shiny things the game becomes pretty easy. I think you should've spent less time on the hide and seek and more time on the puzzle side with the shrink and grow concept. also I think the visual effects were a bit overdone as they generally look better when they're a bit more subtle. but that's just my opinion. Great job.

Wow this looks amazing, very unique art. Gameplay is challenging, and music matches to the mood. Well done
I really like the art style, it's got a unique look to it. The game was very confusing at first I wasn't sure what I supposed to do. Also I may have just sucked but it seemed to be nearly impossible to beat the harder levels. Definitely wouldn't say the music fits but maybe that's just because I'm not into that style. Good job!

Great game! never played something similar. the music and the sound are good !
@frostbyte4k Thx for the feedback and yeah, I got kinda caught up by the visuals and stuff and sadly didn't focus on the puzzle elements and stuff. I hope I find a better balance for the next jam.
And about the VFX I wanted to create a mood that felt a bit claustrophobic in a way like you were the little thingy you control and you are so scared and confused about the dark and gritty world that you can't concentrate anymore and everything becomes a bit blurry and strange. (that's why I went a bit overdose).
@lylefreeks What exactly was the confusing part about the game?
Thx for the feedback.
@gaweringo I also forgot to say I like the name of the game;)
Nice game! The controls felt a bit wonky at times (too fast i guess), but overall they fit the purpose. The take/give size mechanics was pretty fun! Nice work! Also, the music fits the game haha
@gaweringo I didn’t see any mention of where you’re supposed to go or that you’re supposed to collect those yellow orbs. I might have just missed it!
That was really unique! It was pretty challenging at points, but I was able to beat all 6 levels and the final level. The music was a great choice (even if you opted out of the category), and it was a joy to play.
It's also nice to see someone else using the same hand-drawn aesthetic that I've been using in my projects.
Overall I gave it 4.5/5, only because the fonts were hard to read on the menus and the first level.
Great job!
Music is really good. Did you make it yourself?
@samusoidal Thx. And about the fonts, they were handwritten and sadly I dont have a relly readable handrwiting but I think it kinda fits (if you can still read it).
@lylefreeks Ok, I hoped that with the screen getting a bit brighter and yellow and the "magical" sounds that play once you get close to the space (the yellow thingys) would tell the player to pick it up, but yeah I mayby should have put a notice/text next to it "collect the space". Thx for the feedback.
@void-productions No, thats why I opted out of the category and linked to the artist in the credits and the discription. But I'm glad you liked my choice.
The thing i liked the most about this game is it's graphics and overall mood, it really feels like i'm in some strange place, and i need to escape. Also, the two-way mass mechanics are interesting, didn't see it in any other games before. The biggest flaw i found is that it relies on trial and error gameplay, i spent most of the time trying to find yellow orbs on the level. I think it needs some sort of guidance, like when the screen gets increasingly more yellow the closer you are to the orb. Good work!
@artish357 Thx for the nice feedback, and about the trail and arrow gameplay, I wanted to implement something at the start of the level, that the camera is zoomed out so far, that you can see the orbs, for you to remember where they are and find your way there through the enemies, but I did sadly not find the time to implement that correctly.
Amazing graphics! I love the 'death effect', where it slowly fades to black and the camera shakes. Really fun game to play.

Neat graphics! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum Dare 42 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/RBBzpxy2bdA
