The mood, the audio and the graphics greatly balance the super simple gameplay, for which I'm sure time and further development will make the difference... I hope to hear more about this project in the future!
Maybe tank controls are a bit hard to get used to... but with controller support or arrows/mouse I'm sure it could become way more usable :) Nice work though!
I'm not quite sure about the purpose of the warp engine, but overall I really liked it!
I like the concept, though i think the controls make everything super hard :( Did you try to implement joysticks input?
So simple, yet so smart... Well done!
Reminded me of Jazzpunk, hope you guys will eventually work on it again :joy:
Very simple, but with a lot of room for more depth :) I honestly enjoyed it, could impagine as a mobile game
Very smart and on target, I also love the minimalistic/soviet-style graphics :sunglasses:
Very nice takeover on an evergreen classic ^^
Very nice! took a while realizing there the safe spots were, maybe a minimap would help?
nice take on the theme!
I feel like if monsters would not notice you if you turn the light completely off, it would be way more fair... Nice concept tho!
Yay! 100th vote! I really like this game, it's easy to learn and hard to master, and I see a lot of potential in this prototype :D We also implemented a similar "snake" mechanic in our game, but in a completely different way... give it a try if you'd like  https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/40/where-ma-friends-at
Very nice! I don't know if this changed in the post-jam version, but as there's many different keyboard layouts, the letter displayed should be dynamic... for example with an italian keyboard I wasn't able to get past level 9 because the last key to press wasn't the one shown and I couldn't find it :(
Very nice! Would be perfect as a single button mobile game :sunglasses:
I like the concept, though I couldn't really get if the shot changed it's strength depenfing from the amount of water carried... As with many jam games which include puzzle/level design, it has a lot to improve on that (but given the short amount of time it's understandable) :) Keep on the good work!
@terrapass I just built and uploaded the linux version on itch, I hope you'll enjoy that
@toboggan that's because the cute guy you see walking around is a model I made years ago and never used, and because most of the assets come from public domain sources :)
I guess statements and answers are randomly paired, because some outcomes make really little sense ^^" on the other side, I really like the concept and I think that with a bit more time for writing this could turn into a pretty nice concept piece :)
