@mike-jam Thanks, just played it and it's awesome! The theme is done really well and it's a very unique game that really conveys the feeling of texting and driving or distracted driving in general. There's so many little touches like the way the responses are randomized so you can't just memorize what button to press for what message, the variation in the people walking across the street, the damage to the vehicle, the fact that hitting the posts damages your vehicle too, it's just so much good stuff! This team should be proud of their work.
I love the art and the audio, very great 90's look! I wish that the mechanics were a bit different, as only having one bullet in a shmup every 10 seconds makes for a boring game :( maybe have the gun be upgraded every 10 seconds instead?
Interesting ideas and the layout works well for the game. I do wish that the cards had attack and defense instead of seemingly just hitting for 1 dmg unless they're weak to whatever they're being attacked with. Fun game overall though!
The art in this game is fantastic! and it plays very smooth. It's a bit hard to parse how to move initially, but after a bit you really get the hang of it and it's quite fun!

Really neat idea and well executed, except for the difficulty. I have trouble finishing any of the puzzles within the allotted time and it took a game over before I could even come close. And even with finishing the puzzles, I still can't beat the first creature! Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems almost impossible to win...
Love the concept, and everything feels smooth. A second mechanic would keep the game more interesting, maybe the ability to push the rain back somehow?

Love the aesthetic! Fun and well made game. The 'tube tv' view made it a bit hard to focus but overall it's a really great game.

On the critique side, if you're holding a ball when the upgrade screen pops up you immediately drop the ball. This caused me to missort and lose a life twice. But overall this game is so novel and fun.
