Really neat idea and well executed, except for the difficulty. I have trouble finishing any of the puzzles within the allotted time and it took a game over before I could even come close. And even with finishing the puzzles, I still can't beat the first creature! Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems almost impossible to win...

The game indeed is very difficult, we are aware of that but decided to keep it that way as a game to actually train on and get better at. There is only one combat : Fenrir. It is an Action as much as a Puzzle game, but your speed and skill will be rewarded !

Cool idea, but trying to finish the puzzles in 10 seconds was really hard. It takes a second to figure out what you are doing and your time is already ticking down before you start.

There's a bit of an initial learning curve, I found completing puzzles with new control schemes in 10 seconds to be pretty tough, but it comes together after that. Nice work, pretty hard.

I really like the idea of a turn-based RPG where you attack by solving puzzles. However, I feel like these were a bit too difficult to solve under just 10 seconds! Maybe it's just me though. Nice artwork.

I couldn't beet the game. The easiest puzzle is connecting puzzle. Others are just impossible to beat in 10 seconds limit. Very hardcore. Nice visuals though! Respect to the artist. Sound effects are nice too.

i REALLY like the idea of this game, and the art is awesome, and i love the norse theme. i was not quick enough to figure out most of the puzzles in under 10 seconds most of the time, but the few times i did figure it out i got a big rush! i might play more of this in my spare time... again, love the turnbased rpg puzzle style.

I'd play this game, even it's difficult, the only thing what you need to do is not to reset the puzzles after each turn. Or make two difficulty levels Hard and Insane, where for hard you don't reset the puzzles and for insane reset them.

The idea is great (we had a game similar! years ago hehe), the graphics, the game so great but..... but.... butt..... iiiiisss very hard!! my brain is not ready to solve the puzzle in 10 seconds! haha.

I like the idea of making mini puzzles to combat the boss, is so hard at first but once you get used to it it gets more affordable and you are able to kill it. Contgratultaions!

I was surprised to see a bit of lore at the start and some story telling element, you don't see this a lot in a jam game, as a sucker for a good lore I really enjoyed reading through the entire thing lol. I think the idea of the game is pretty nice and the art style is amazing but the game itself is Difficult!!! maybe it's just my baby brain being slow but I really struggled and couldn't for the life of me beat the dang wolf. I feel like the game is a bit too punishing when it comes to the 10 seconds limit, I know it's the theme and all but it feels too quick, I fell for this mistake when making my game as well and learned that if the game feels a bit difficult to you the dev, it's probably hella difficult for others.. but that's just my opinion.

love the variety in and how each option require its own minigame, that some innovation right there, (although I found a little exploit in the letters minigame where you can randomly spam all letters and still make it in time lol). great work!

Interesting concept for a turn based rpg. I liked the addition of a small narrative/lore bit around it. The music was very good overall and the art style was pretty fitting too, though it lacked animations for the characters (a simple idle animation + attack/cast animations other than the runic glyphs vfx).

The balance of the different puzzles/skills is a bit off imo. They're way too hard the first times as you've got no tutorial and so will end up losing your first run. I've found the Heal to be the easiest one, the Attack one is ok overall but the Shield is way too hard to do in the legit way, so I ended up just spam clicking on every rune as there's no penalties for errors. Also, I'm not sure the Shield is a good option as the heal is stronger than the damages you'd get from a single hit. I think some extra depth to the boss fight with the boss having several moves and a way to anticipate the boss' next move would be a nice addition so you'd want to use the shield whenever the boss is gonna do a big attack, heal whenever the boss won't hit your hard, etc...

Interesting concept on using puzzles for action sequences! Some more feedback elements would help me to understand when I managed to solve the puzzle and when I ran out of time, but overall it was a nice submission and the overall intent was well communicated. Nice job!

Le concept est très intéressant. Mettre en place un système de puzzle-game au sein d'un RPG, ça me rappelle pas mal Undertale, ce qui n'est pas déplaisant. Pour le temps imparti le scope de votre équipe, franchement c'est très bien.

J'ai quelques remarques: - c'est dommage de ne pas avoir faire un menu pour baisser le son et/ou les SFX, l'audio n'est pas mixé de manière homogène ; - la difficulté des puzzles n'est pas assez équilibrée, le heal est trop simple par rapport au bouclier (qui peut être fait en spammant, mais ça casse le principe du puzzle) ; - ça aurait été bien d'enchaîner plusieurs ennemis plutôt qu'un seul gros (mais je suis bien conscient qu'en jam, c'est compliqué).

Quoiqu'il en soit, j'aime concept et je serai curieux de le voir pousser plus loin que le cadre d'un gamejam :thumbsup:

Creative idea and simple enough to jump in and play. Even though I found it too hard (a few less clicks for the puzzles would have made them a lot more viable for me to do in 10 sec), it was still enjoyable enough to try several times to see if I could get further. Very nice graphics.
