LD45 — Start with nothing

Bearly Alive by bjeaurn 2019-10-07T10:58:08Z

The best part of the game is that you can eat the wolves. I quite enjoyed being a bear who seeks out sheep and wolves for consumption. :ok_hand: The art style is quite cute as well!

This game might just stick on my mind. The music fits the game so perfectly!

The art style and sound effects in this game instantly make it amazing! Good job!

Roomba Rumble by Markus 2019-10-11T19:19:18Z

The idea of having to build your own robot parts to get better is really cool!

Tardigrades on the Moon by bassguitarbill 2019-10-12T14:41:57Z

Although it took me some time to figure out what I was doing, and that the Tardigrades are kinda dumb, this game is actually really fun! Probably one of the Ludum Dare games I put the most time into!

The graphics are actually really damn good. Well done!

A Thief's Lament by LizEngland 2019-10-11T19:12:01Z

Doing a Visual Novel for Ludum Dare must be hard, but the way you did it is really cool! Loved the game!

No Game Here by Cpokered 2019-10-07T11:14:50Z

Firstly, I played it on Mac so I actually had it work. Secondly, I had the idea of making a game like this, where it was literally just nothing, but you actually did something creative with that idea. At first I thought this was going to be something akin to the Stanley Parable. Biggest issue is that on Mac, the aspect ratio stays at 16:10, so you can't actually see the player character as they go off screen. This makes the game kinda weird and buggy, but if you're able to fix it, you actually have some good potential with this game. Well done!

Newborn AI by Lars-Erik 2019-10-13T19:11:44Z

It's a good game, although I did feel it was quite slow.

Bruno's Mind Control Project by unplugred 2019-10-12T14:47:09Z

I'm amazed at how you were able to create such good music and art in such a limited amount of time! Good job!

My Friend N by rroni 2019-10-13T18:57:11Z

The graphics really contributed to a good atmosphere! Theres not much in terms of graphics, but the text, and the intro cutscene, as well as the dim to non-existent lighting really helped. Good job!

Creeping Death by SoupStoreGames 2019-10-07T15:03:05Z

I like the interpretation that instead of you starting with nothing, an enemy starts with nothing, and you have to bring it back down to nothing. Pretty good game overall! Good job on your first Ludum Dare! :)

Light Chaser by CodeForJoyCaro 2019-10-07T15:09:11Z

The visuals & graphics are actually really cool in this game. It's a simple game, yet actually quite fun! Good job!
