Love the idea and graphics! Also the volume option is perfect  Good work!

You guys even added the little information box when I hover my cursor on top of the icons!! Such little detail but it tells so much story! I just wish that the game would get more difficult not only in terms of speed, but organizing folders within folders! Good job overall!

Loved the sound and time in the windows bar. Simple game that got pretty hectic quickly. Nicely done and seems like a finished game. Really enjoyed it.

This was a lot of fun. It's easy to pick up and understand and I love the art style and the way the music captures the playfulness and charm. The idea to have a backup with a timing element works well against the need to manage the piling files coming onto the desktop, but I'm glad that you can still drag and drop files while the folder is being backed up. I do wish that there was a little more of an indicator for the folders when they would fill up, maybe them changing in appearance. While I also like that you're able to drag and drop while backing up, I do wish that the backup window could be minimized or focused out of. There's even a minimize button on it that sadly doesn't work. 😞 Overall, I think this is a very charming and easy-to-pick-up entry. Great job.

This is a cool management game idea. I got really stressed trying to manage all of the files coming in once the pace picked up. It gets a bit stagnant after a while because the only thing changing is the speed at which files come in. Maybe new hazards or features that start appearing as you get further into your run would help keep it fresh.

This game is a fantastic interpretation of the theme. The concept of quickly backing up files by dragging and dropping them before the screen fills up is both creative and engaging. It truly encapsulates the essence of the theme, making players acutely aware of the constraints they face. The frantic pace of the game adds to the excitement, and the intuitive mechanics make it easy to pick up and play. It's a thrilling challenge that keeps you on your toes. Kudos for delivering such a fun and thematically relevant experience! The music is a (chef kiss)

Felt great! I did 17700, so good! I wish I could marquee drag to pull multiple files at once if I see a cluster of the same type of files xD

Really great game ! Backup was not clear at first but when you understand that its just gorgeous to play !! :star:

A novel take on the theme, and is fun to play. Kudos.

Very cool take on the theme. One thing is that I thought the text was quite difficult to read at times.

Even so, pretty fun game. The ramp up happens pretty quick at one point haha.

Fun touch on the theme. I love that you control sound volume where you actually control it on desktop  Great job!

I like the theme take. It's fun to play and graphics are very neat and clean ! It's harder and uglier to play with the integrated Ludum player as the resolution make things very small and there is no full screen button. Good idea to put files on top of the folder it goes, it helps a lot to understand how the game works.

Neat little game that I really enjoyed ^^ got a bit stucked once my folders were full, but the graphics, sounds, music, the idea and mechanics were all perfect otherwise ^^ Cant wait to see what you do next!

Incredibly fun game. Love the music - I think it speeds up when space is running out, which is a nice touch.

nice attack, I was pretty annoyed by the backup because it always threw me off balance, but I enjoyed the game. great graphics and music :)

Great interpretation of the theme, and a fun, well-made game overall! Everything looks clear and intuitive controls allow you to easily get into it. I loved that the icon types had several different variations each, it definitely helped keep it visually interesting. And I also loved the stylized look of the entire interface.

The whole game looks like it had a lot of effort put into it. All the gameplay elements work smoothly, there's a lot of feedback elements on player actions. And there's a lot of interface elements which aren't really necessary, but they definitely look cool. The volume slider works fantastically as an in-game interface element, the errors showing up on the task bar made me appreciate the attention to detail that went into making this game, but what really amazed me was the context menu and properties window, which don't seem to serve any purpose but to look good, and that they do. :D Given those it might be weird to expect even more, but I thought it would be great to have the option to empty the trash bin (maybe as a gameplay mechanic - for more points? or that it gets full eventually?) or some easter egg in the start menu.

The music is great too, really suits the fast-paced gameplay. It does kinda feel like it ramps up towards the inevitable end. Bonus points for letting it play in the background while the game isn't focused, so I could listen to it while writing this comment. :D

Oh, and I almost forgot - I expected that overtime viruses would appear to be named the same way as non-virus files, and I'd have to distinguish them just by the small dot icon. So thank you for not setting that trap. :P

This was so cool! We were playing this game and laughing because it looks like a recreation of one of our artist's organization scheme. Really loved all the little details like the pop up windows and the hovering and the little godot icon. :)

amarokczukay 2023-10-06 08:09

that's funny because my first video game was a game i made for my father and one part of it was the exact same game, but less good than yours!

what seems easy at first gets super hectic very soon, and i like that! the ability to move the trash or any window is great and i like the overall art, so great job!

This is very charming and hectic. I only found it difficult to tell when the folders were full, but the design of the game feels fun! Plus I like the little integrated volume slider!

mhorth 2023-10-08 18:21

Ohhh that ramped up quick! And was way more fun that I expected, nice job!
