Beautiful aesthetic and the audio complements the graphic style very well!

wouterk12 2021-10-06 21:28

This is the first point and click game I like! It is a fun little puzzle with a nice art-style, really well done!

evileptic 2021-10-06 21:28

Perfectly stylized minimalism. Good job.

maxathon 2021-10-06 21:31

Very cool! Actually a nice degree of complexity for a bite-size game jam game. I get that you wanted to do more with decay and that would be fun, but the flagging/branching definitely gets exponentially more complex. Feels complete and polished.

ayebee 2021-10-06 21:31

yeah baby! this is such a complete little experience. I played it through to the end, it's a satisfying and atmospheric little puzzle. Kind of the perfect game jam game. I was really impressed by how easy it was to onboard and play this, and how you gave it just enough storytelling in the short playtime to let my brain fill in the gaps in a satisfying way. nothing was wasted. GORGE <3

Image noise and sounds are creating amazing mood for such short and simple game. Great job!

zackary-bazzle 2021-10-06 21:32

Nice Job! It was a simple game but it was still fun, there isn't much I would critic other than just adding more content if you were to continue the game. Very nice visuals, music, and mood though, they all worked together to bring a creepy tension the game. Great Job, would love to see more levels in the future.

elmismopancho 2021-10-06 21:33

Short and sweet, the perfect combination. Love the art style and the mood. Really Nice job.

chainsawmcd 2021-10-06 21:33

Very moody and the graphics are nice. I do think the ticking clock element you mentioned would have been nice.

toppervideogames 2021-10-06 21:33

Really good presentation! The visuals and audio come together to make a creepy atmosphere. It was easy to tell what to do with the items, though there was not a whole lot to it. Still, a fun little package of a game!

Good work overall!

Untitled.png Managed to reach the end. Very cool aesthetics and music. Tight gameplay. Wish to see this project growing cause this have a lot of potential. Keep the good work. Well done!

yessica 2021-10-06 21:33

Love this point and click short and simple, good art and also good music

bridgefromtv 2021-10-06 21:35

Really fun little game!! I loved the atmosphere and the sound design is perfect!! I really like the effect of the B&W with the pop of colour at the end, it really works well. Great job!!

bios3008 2021-10-06 21:35

nice job, needed 10min to find out where all the items must go :D

alec 2021-10-06 21:37

I really like the graphics in this one, specifically the static screen effect! I also appreciated how snappy it felt moving from room to room. Bummed you didn't have time for the "corruption", it would have been cool to have that tensions

denzil-gomes 2021-10-06 21:39

I love the atmosphere and style to this game, great job

eoshadows 2021-10-07 06:47

Great game! The graphics were great, and I liked the concept. It was a good response to the theme! I definitely think that corruption of the world the further you get into the game would have been neat! Shame you ran out of time, but I totally understand that. I think my only suggestion would have been to remove the keys from your inventory when you use them to open something, just to make it more obvious that the key was used. I continued playing after beating the game, then replayed the game, to try and see what the keys did, only to realize that I had actually used them to get the bars. Still, I had fun playing! Good job!

elias-manzaneda 2021-10-07 10:38

Very good art direction. Wish there was a longer version with more puzzles. Well done!

dis0rder 2021-10-10 07:10

Very cool little point 'n' click -experience.

I like the minimalistic style and how the area is symmetric. The on-screen map was a nice addition too.

I really had no problems otherwise, but it took me needlessly long to realize that you could move left/right in the upper dome-level.

It might've been just me, but I guess the way it was presented in the map tricked me a bit. You could perhaps try to alter it so it would be more obvious that the dome consists of three screens.

But yeah, nice work. I've played your previous entries, so it's nice to see your style evolving.

Looking forward to see more of your stuff!

atomfox0213 2021-10-10 21:21

@eoshadows I was actually going to have the keys be taken at first, but made them stay because otherwise your inventory would either be completely empty or only have one item in it at a time. This is due to the fact that, with the exception of the first rod, the gameplay is just collecting one item to unlock the next. This oversimplified design was in part because the corruption was going to cut off some areas and I wanted to make sure it would always be possible to complete the game, but mostly because I'm not good at designing good puzzles.

atomfox0213 2021-10-10 21:27

@dis0rder There are supposed to be faint divisions between the sections on the map graphic, but it's basically impossible to see with the blur and noise effect

zeilanda 2021-10-19 09:39

Fuf, I get the exit! Goosebumps run from the atmosphere of the game. I like those minimalistic games. Here also great sinister sound. I thought, there are no enough time to escape, because I really slow gamer, but that's all right. Thank you for this game)

p0l4r 2021-10-20 20:37

Nice little point n click game. Great aesthetics and vibe. I had some moments where I'm pretty sure i did the right thing and it didn't register (using the keys to open the little shelf things), but other than that i think it's a quite complete little experience!

guilloteam 2021-10-20 20:39

Great little game, nicely executed. Good take on the theme, had fun playing!

geckoo1337 2021-10-20 20:49

Done. Interesting story with a clever aesthetic. The mood was great - not too freaky, but it fits with the theme. Usually I don't like click&points games (except when I had broken my shoulder) but your was really pleasant. I had fun playing. Maybe too short. Thank you ++
