Very creative. That red light gets me into panic mode and my mind goes blank. :) I enjoyed this game. Well done!!

amikatag 2021-10-05 07:57

Such a lovely made game. The valve was irritating)

kitcate 2021-10-05 09:26

It was really stressful, but I enjoyed it. Well done! That's a great stress test game haha

xsangyhix 2021-10-05 09:26

I love the game, best one I played. The art, sound and mechanic really fit in together and make me feel a rush to keep everything together. The games with nuclear reactors were bound to happen with this theme : D. I was missing the possibility to fix things that broke though.

fedeolive 2021-10-05 09:32

Very good game. It is a bit complicated to understand at first but you can understand it after dying 4/5 times. very well.

maxds98 2021-10-05 09:34

@fedeolive As in Souls-like games ;)

dumrum 2021-10-05 09:39

Very well done! :) It feels very polished I like how you have to operate in the dark when there is no power and how the alarm really pressures one. Also the events that happen in the reactor are a cool feature

The buzzing sound in the tutorial felt a little annoying, but that's really the only thing I didn't like :)

martta 2021-10-05 09:46

Good game, at first it was very difficult to understand what is going on, but after 10 retries I managed to get the hang of it and I was able to finish the game. Once I understood that you can fix the water valve, the game became much easier. :) Very nice audio and graphics.

bugord 2021-10-05 10:44

@martta Thanks for feedback! Added some gifs in description, hopefully it will help new players 😋

martta 2021-10-05 10:56

@Bugord those .gifs are actually very helpful! I think also major confusion for the first few playthrougs was for me why the water was not flowing even after I had opened the water valve multiple times already. Now the water valve is actually working like a manually operated water pump. Maybe indicate more clearly that you actually need to manually pump the water, or maybe the valve would rotate immidiately back to closed state after you have opened it. (of course the jam already ended, but if you are making some updates after the jam)

Btw. check out our game Morning After also. :)

zimny11 2021-10-05 15:26

Well that was fun to play!

I like everything about the game: whole concept, art style, light and sound effects, the in-game mechanics...

Great job!

necauqua 2021-10-05 19:07

Jesus it's hard to play :) Or maybe it's my monkey brain shutting off when I hear the alarm sound.

The art is just gorgeous, holy hell I loved the art. And theme interpretation is really cool and on point

t90 2021-10-05 20:00

Extremely well done and fun to play.

Loved how it was progressively harder, with various events unfolding.

Really nice game, I think it would be great idea to make cooling rods control panel more bigger because it's not very convenient to play using the touch screen. Also, I think it could be successful on mobile platforms.

maxds98 2021-10-05 20:47

@anatoly-dyatlov Thanks for your feedback. It could be successful on mobile platforms in some parallel reality where hyper-casual games are not invented XD

popertots 2021-10-06 20:55

This need to be higher rated. Attention to detail is spectacular. 10/10

justcamh 2021-10-07 00:10

Awesome game! Like everyone else, it took a few tries, but with enough re-reads of the tutorial, got it eventually. I came here by recommendation, and I was not let down, very fun!

vizitas 2021-10-07 21:57

Really nice game, so much fun. Really felt like a nuclear reactor operator in soviet union :D

thatanonoword 2021-10-08 11:42

The presentation of the game is very nice. Absolutely beautiful artwork, with the pieces being satisfying to use. The game is hard to understand, though. The heating rods felt oddly useless. I also wasn't sure why I didn;t make electricity at times. Great game, a bit complicated though.

potkirland 2021-10-08 19:00

i loved the visuals but it was overwhelming too fast and too many controls maybe if they were mapped to keyboard / sorry if it already is but i couldnt figure that out.. it might have been controllable but it was way too fast to lose for me good job anyway it was well put toghether

yohsk13 2021-10-09 11:56

Nicely done. I had to lose 1 or two time before understanding that you can drag and drop the valve to repair it (^^") ) A bit stressfull needy game :p Well done.

purrseus 2021-10-09 12:43

Oh man, I actually beat it, but sooo close! My heart is still pounding! Amazing job!

This game is lovely, the presentation is top notch and everything just falls into place. The insctructions are really clear, yet you still need several tries until you even have a chance of surviving for longer than a few minutes. And if you do you feel infinitely mighty! You have distilled the essence of every skill based game into just a few minutes! Love

johnsensei 2021-10-09 15:25

Thanks for having such a detailed tutorial.

dogez 2021-10-09 19:52

The gameplay of your game is insanely fun. And a valve that falls out all the time and needs to be caught is such a brilliant find! Very cool work with lighting, which is combined with pixel art. 😊

But, unfortunately, I still do not understand how the squares in the center work. Although, maybe I'm a little dumb 😐

lychee 2021-10-09 21:15

I really liked the mood of the game, the combination of graphics and audio really made it feel tense when things are going wrong. Game felt very polished overall too. My only suggestion would be a slower ramp-up of mechanics, like where you only start with 2 controls and slowly work up to the final number since it was a lot to figure out all at once. Great job overall!
