Great stuff! Really enjoyed the aesthetic. The bus was nice and shiny 😎
@ossuboi Thank you :smile:
The controls felt relly good! And yes the bus is shiny 😎
@milan8890 haha, Thanks :sunglasses:
Woah! It looks fantastic. It could use some additional things like colectable boost or health picups but the raw gameplay is really enjoyable! Great work!
I've found a minor bug: at the start of the game you can actually drive the bus to the edge and perform quick "drift" so the back of the bus is outside the track, the game treats this as if the player has fallen out of level and stops the ride.
@greyvan Thanks , yeah collectable powerups would make it more dynamic, already had the pickup mechanics implemented but didn't have time to implement spawning them .
I do a single line trace to check if the player is out of the level, I should probably do more than on line trace. Thanks for the bug report, and for the feedback
Feels like an incredibly solid foundation, and it's so fun! I would love for powerups or other mechanics, but what is there is very polished.
looks and controls very good there are some seams and weird refltections in the road
@lpghatguy Yeah powerups would make it a lot more interesting. Thanks for playing and for the feedback
@yahay Thanks  It's probably because it's too reflective, I'll look into that. Thanks for the feedback
Am I using too much emoji? I think I'm using too much emoji
Fun aesthetic! I liked the chaotic speed, it was still manageable with the nice turning controls. Turn off the busted jump tho haha
@manlymanton Thanks, glad you enjoyed it , yeah I should definitely disable the jump :joy:
A really fun game, love the UI in side the game, you should have added the score there as well. But there is so much potential here, sections without walls, maybe some obstacles that really throw you off, etc.
The one thing that is a bit wierd is how the bus immediately swirls to the right when you hit play, because that is where your mouse is. Maybe delay the input a little bit.
Other than that, really well done!
The music matched the game - that is good The graphics looked really nice, i especially liked the fact, that you did put so much love into your configuration menu.
Being able to configure the mouse sensitivity was a game changer, as i nearly doubled my highscore after setting the sensitivity.
The HP-bar inside the bus window was a really nice idea, although it took me a moment to realize, that it exists. In addition to that it would have been great to also have the score (in meters) inside the HUD, as there was still enough room left.
I'd love to see some online highscore board if you create a post jam version of your game :)
The game feels really polished for a LD submission, good job on that!
Bonus Points: You have really put love into your UIs. We have visual and audio feedback on button hover, click etc, which is really nice!
The only "bad" thing i could find is the font on your buttons, everything else is polished and well done!
@andidebob Thanks, glad you loved it . And thanks for the feedback I'll add it in the post jam version. I should probably delay the start or add a countdown at the start to fix that.
@nerzal Thanks for playing it, It was really fun watching you play it on stream. And thanks for the really detailed feedback. I'm already working on the post jam version, adding all the feedback. Really glad you loved it
Game to ez KEK
Simple game, fun graphics! I included it in my compilation video series of a bunch of LDJAM games! https://youtu.be/bDsxxURqUQM
@jupiter-hadley Thanks for playing and including it in the video, it was really fun to watch
@kuviman Game was not ez lol, you were too good :joy: Thanks for playing
"Finished" the runner :D Good job, nice and smooth inputs, great graphics, too! Even my GF who saw me playing asked me to try, and I think it is quite a great compliment for this kind of game - person who doesn't play much, asking to try only by the looks. Good job! Untitled.png
Everything about this game is amazing and well done! When you manage to avoid several obstacles in a row, you feel like a bad ass! The graphics and music have a psychedelic vibe and fit right in. You might consider implementing skins to motivate players to keep playing. Greetings ;)
@badabooom63 Thanks, I didn't have time to actually make it endless . Really happy to know you both enjoyed it, Thanks for playing
@adrianejro Thanks . Really glad to know you enjoyed it. Yeah, adding more skins is something I wanna do, hopefully I get around to doing it . Thanks for playing and for the feedback.
The camera is maybe a little too close to the vehicle? Otherwise the feeling of the vehicle is really very good it is a big plus in the game!
Great graphics I like the glass look. My only problem is it's hard to see the obstacle at the curve part even if my camera is looking downwards already.
Derpy Deep Drive
Saw this game on stream a few days ago, and the clean visuals made me look forwarding to giving it a go! It's a simple and easy-to-pick up game, alright, and the aesthetics are very appealing! I really like the bus model, how the health is displayed on the back on the bus to keep the immersion in-touch, and the small chromatic-aberration that the shadows of the edges have help give the track a nice splash of colour! :bus:
The UI polish is really something to talk about, with all the different menus - including the aforementioned mouse sensitivity - and the feedback on everything looking incredible, which is something to be expected of someone that said they enjoyed making menus! However, I think it'd have been nice if some of the time invested in the UI polish could have been spent with some extra gameplay depth.
I feel like making the endless mode actually endless would have been great, turning this into a proper highscore competition here in the comments. Some variation of the track would have also been nice, such as cubes that could heal your bus, boosting tracks, or even a drifting function (I noticed if you click your bus lights turn on/off, so you even have feedback ready for that!) could have made it more chaotic and replayable! Ideally you could add new mechanics that don't displace the simplicity of the controls, but rather add to what is already a satisfying built-in loop.
Overall, this is some really nice work and a fun game! Kudos! :whale:
This was a lot of fun, despite the abrupt end. :D I think in its current state, not having an actual endless runner played in its favor- would have probably needed an extra something (e.g., some structured obstacle placement, interesting winding path segments, etc.) to keep things fresh in a longer game. The look and control of it have plenty of potential! :)

I love this game!
This is of course made in Unreal Engine so we certainly expect 'the graphics to be good'... but you really did nail an art style that is fun and derpy while also having a very gorgeous aesthetic. The gameplay itself is super fun with the input actually being fun to engage with. You of course saw us doing 360's and slamming into walls and everything and yeah- we certainly had a blast with this.
You asked us to keep in mind that you did not make the backing track but I will reiterate what I said during the stream: you acted as a creative director and as such had to pick something that really accentuated the feelings in the game that you wanted to communicate- and I think you managed to nail it. I really liked all of the sound effects- and the music wrapped it up perfectly.
The largest complaint we have about the game is that lack of a true endless mode. Like I mentioned on the stream; the way I think you should design it would be to set a breakpoint at the ramps / jumps so that the player can still go back up the hill, but then going through endless level creation after that point-- I would have liked to try to play longer than a distance of 2300m.
Overall you did a great job here and I absolutely had a blast. Excellent work!
P.S. I will send you a link to the gameplay video once I have it uploaded to YouTube. :)
Strong graphics and overall dynamic, it really makes the game super fun to play. Gameplay itself is also pretty good, driving works great. It's a blast !
Small detail : I believe that you could move the cam a little bit forward when tilting it forward, to show more of what's coming up and less of what's behind already. It would make spotting obstacles behing hills much easier probably.

Nice to see such a high level of polish on the UI and the aesthetic. Comments above already cover powerups and camera tweaks so nothing to add. Quick, easy to play. Fun and looks great.
Made it 1,581. It's really polished. Graphics look great and it sounds great too. Controls are responsive. A couple new hazard types and a power up or two and this game is ready to ship.
Fantastic entry! What a blast to play. I reached the end I think, 2,231m?
Well done!
Fun little experience. Nicely polished main menu. As others have said the camera could be a bit farther back and maybe rotate around a slightly different point to be able to see what's ahead a bit more. It felt kind of bad to drive over a hill without knowing what's there and be punished with 3 hits that I could do nothing to avoid.
Congratulations on the game, remembered classics like crazy taxi, a suggestion in the future I hope to see collectibles for the route and achievements, a big hug, and I await your evaluations regarding my game.
Love the graphics and controls! The fact you can do sick 360 burnouts and tokyo drifts makes this game above most driving games. The mouse controls creates this nice fluid feeling and I would love to see this control system in another game; Whether arcady and fluid like this one, or a realistic driving game in the vain of other hits like Need For Speed. Definitely would love to see this one fleshed out.

Sorry my computer is too potato to run any Unreal games, but I'm glad we got it working on stream!
This game is super pretty, and I love all the visual flair you were able to pack into this one. I can definitely see this being expanded by adding additional obstacles and tracks and whatnot. :)
Juicy Game, Love the shiny reflections. Satisfying feel to even collide the obstacles (destructables). surprisingly no damage when colliding walls (at that moment I was looking forward to see how far I would go on the 'endless potential'), I'm guessing there's an endless mode in the works? the session ended roughly at 2,2218m..
Suggestions: - Bus eventually heal or a collectible at a extensive lengthy distance? - Day/Night cycle? - Mode: 1-hp
