I liked this one! I thought the idea was really clever of having dream loops. There were some grammar/misspelling issues but it wasn't too bad. The art style was simple but effective, and I actually had a lot of fun with the low gravity. A few times the text overlay got stuck (such as the mention of jumping on platforms) but really solid!
Like the idea
@mellow-cello thank you for your feedback really appreciated, I fixed what you mentioned (the grammar/misspelling issues and the text overlay)
@kevin-meissner thank you
Short but sweet, nice cliffhanger ending, and a great idea overall. Brought up memories of actually having been stuck in a dream loop myself.
Its a nice game that is story driven. I think there's something special about having a tambourine tower in space. Felt very random but also exactly like something a dream would have. That was a nice touch.

Is that done for 48 hours from scratch ? That awesome! My thought is to be able to continue to next dialogue by clicking mouse and to have some choice of what to do next to get out of that loop!
@minibetrayal thank you for your feedback happy to hear that.
@diego-escalante thank you, the tambourine tower is actually an Easter egg but I didn't hide it very well: sweat_smile: I didn't have much time to add more elements to the world to make it more like a dream but if I did have I would make lots of them, thanks again for your feedback.
@obi-one actually yes: sweat_smile: I made it in 48 hours that's why I didn't finish it (no sound at all - and should've made more dreams), also thank you for the idea that's exactly what the game needs I will work on it.
weird game but very interesting, I like it :)
maybe I wish there was a way to go through the text quicker, but I guess if I could skip through too fast it would ruin the atmosphere a bit...
This was an interesting short story, I liked the ending! The moon gravity had a good control feeling to it to account for the lack of precise control I felt there was. Was the blue bottle supposed to do something?

I like the games story. The gameplay could have been better, and the it needs some sound effect and/or some music.
Very interesting concept. Wish the dialog went faster or that i could press space when i finished reading.
Awesome game. I was stuck in a dream loop once too. Nice ideas. The "moon" could look a bit nicer though. According to the easter eggs: Is the blue box on the shelf a TARDIS? And the time you come home you can see that the clock under the bed wasn't working before you "go to sleep", sooooooo the whole experinece in the room and or the train was a dream too...

This is a cool idea, those wake-up-loops are something i think everyone can relate to. The art is simple but very effective in the bedroom scene and the moon scene. Would have appreciated some audio element but I understand that this is a compo submission so even royalty free music couldn't be used. Great job!

Wow, such an unordinary concept! Mood went very well!
Liked the storytelling mixed with pinch of gameplay. Working with camera is super!
From cons I would single out too sensetive mouse and sometimes too slow and "rough" camera moving.
Anyway I'm really impressed! Good job!

Interesting concept, dreams are a fascinating thing. I liked the story and the ending.
There were some rough edges that would need some polishing, mainly graphics and some spelling mistakes.
I also wish there were some sounds, they could bring a lot of life and atmosphere to the game. I completely get that there was no time for that though

I loved the story and the take on the theme here. The gameplay and mechanics were pretty on point too, unfortunately I could not make that 2nd jump on the moon level. I tried that jump about 10 times but could not jump high enough. As mentioned by others the dialogue was a bit too slow. To summarize: Hell yeah!
The story driven adventure game is ambitious but well done. I would suggest that the pace of the dialog screens be increased or may click-to-proceed to get into the game. Audio monolog of the text could really drive up the mood. I think the concept is really strong and could be developed into an really neat game.
Good idea and nice execution! I found the text was painfully slow, and the lack of control while it showed, combined to the lack of any music, made the cinematics drag on. But good job on a full story-driven adventure game with a nice plot twist :)

Good job! Great story telling with a twist of a plot. Sleeping on and on...

Press E to imagine. Haha loved the moon level humour. It was fun, good story, wish it had some sounds but hey it's a jam game. :) good job.
Nice story, I liked the camera movement at the end the most. I second the dialogue opinions already given.
I got stuck at the very beginning when I jumped on the bed and tried to go to sleep, but nothing happened.
A very different concept. I enjoyed the story in general, but I do have one big note: some people read faster than others and it can be frustrating when you read some text and just have to sit there staring at it for another few seconds over and over and over. In the future, give some way to advance the text (clicking or hitting a key). It helps the feel a LOT.

The scene change from the bedroom to the moon was a really good break. This was a neat concept. My only complaint is that I can't skip dialogue - I often finished reading it and would have liked to be able to move to the next line instead of waiting. Audio would have been a huge help, too - even just some footstep effects. Nice work!
Very nice! Fun to see people making these narrative games too. It could use some sound/music, but overall a nice game :)
