really cool game, it's amazing
@bozdo1998 thanks, we appreciate this :v:
Came for the corgi, stayed for the game! Very cute!!
Absolutely LOVE the art style + atmosphere. Controls a little *too* slippy sometimes, but really fun once I got the hang of them. Fit the theme perfectly. I was a bit confused as to what to do between things breaking. Overall, great entry! Well done!
P.S. on itch.io, you have the fullscreen button enabled. Turn that off, and you'll go directly from the site to **real** fullscreen.
Fun little game! Cute graphics and a simple enough to catch a hang of quickly. Maybe ramp up the difficulty a bit more in the beginning? Other than that very fun
Nice game... it's not sow easy how it's looks like :D
Wow, so much work went into the graphics, I love it. And the concept is adorable, reminds me of doggy themed FTL of sorts. Good vibe and great take on the theme. For criticism, I found it unintuitive that you could only repair things when they got broken enough, but I imagine the game would be too easy otherwise? Maybe a cooldown or channel on the repair. Fun concept, keep it up :)
Technical notes: The game is cut off in the WebGL version unless I fullscreen (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/wQGRQNt.png) - probably something off in the WebGL build settings. Menu music is also brutally loud.
Cute graphics. I would have liked to have some feedback when hitting the walls. I had no idea, i was taking damage while playing.
@fancy89 thanks:3
@peteywoufes thanks for your feedback and advice, fullscreen is now perfectly working
@lavialee thank you for feedback :smile:
@ladislavodstrcil yeah, what's you record? :smirk:
@fazy thanks for your detailed feedback and compliments
@nirose thanks for advices!
Really nice concept and love the style (extra love the corgi!)
Think its been said before but some feedback while getting damaged would help the player understand what not to touch (flash the sprite or something simple)
If you take this game forward I think it be great to add more challenge to the repairs, for example have to hold the corgi in place while holding "E" to repair or having to press a series of keys in order to complete the repair (like quick-time event)
Overall the game was really nice! A great entry - thanks!
Nice corgi and space-dogs reference. Also idk why, but after heal me some HP healbay disappear
Nice game, I like the simple concept with the twist on the locomotion that changes everything. Good job!
@itsandyjones oh it's so amazing that u liked the concept. Thank u so much for ur advices. We will develop this game and it will be more interesting.
@team-on ahaha, it isn't bug, it makes the game harder. You can't healing endlessly otherwise the game would be boring!
@cristian-gurra nice to hear this, what's ur high score?))
i like the mood, the details, and of course the doggie
the tutorial is clean and straightforward, i appreciate it :)
@chuchuw they say that tutorial is useless. I knew that the were wrong!
Well, actually I think they're useful only if the game is not good enough to explain by itself.
I like to do everything I can so the player can find alone what to do, and put no tutorial.
But here we all have the same problem, the jam is very short, we don't have time for the perfect thing :D
I actually liked that your tutorial was easy to read.
This game is ADORABLE! I thought there were a lot of nice visual touches, and laughed when the cosmo corgi ascends as an angel at the end :laughing:. The speed and fragility of the rocket is well communicated by the way it seems to be shaking itself apart! I thought the music was great too, though I'd have appreciated a sound effect when the corgi hits a wall.
Small bug: the tutorial was vertically stretched on my screen (but you have a screenshot posted here, so I was able to figure it out).
Current record is 69084
Overall I had a lot of fun playing this game :smile:
Ahhhh sweet Corgo! i love it :D
@jasonsumm1 Nice to kow you liked the corgi! ))
@boxedmeatrevolution thank you for detailed response, we appreciate this :smile:
I had a lot of fun, nice game mechanics and cool art style. Plus I love dogs so that made it a big hit for me. The dog took up a very small part of the game screen that was shaking though, which made me strain my eyes a bit when playing on the downloaded windows version. That might not be a common problem though. Had a blast though, looking forward to your future games :D
Really like the art and the Corgi. Controls could be a bit more responsive and challenges could come from other elements such as obstacle
Very difficult but that's not bad. The physics and graphics are amazing. The audio could be leveled properly: **headphone user alert**
Corgi is so cute :smile: !
The gameplay works well, the background animation is nice. It would be cool to add animation on corgi, specialy when the player hit walls. And also modify the corgi at bottom right of the screen to illustrate the health (ex: tired corgi when the health is low).
I enjoyed the game !
@payne325 yeah shaking screen for some people is irritable. Thank you for your advice :cat:
@pke1029 thanks for your feedback buddy
@furfel yeah sounds were made in the end of development so our attention was busy :smile:
@duck-reaction thank you for your very helpful feedback. Really appreciate your advice
The title of the game is already amazing by itself. I think the concept overall is simple and smart. I had a very rough time at first in moving the Corgi around and couldn't really understand what and how I was getting damaged, probably some kind of feedback there could have helped a lot. Anyway great work, it is a very great concept that I could see expanded with a lot of jokes and panic moments!
Nice game. Well done. I only don't understand when rocket sometimes randomly blow off, without even indicators low?
Very cute! I love the concept. Doggo is so cute :smile: The sound effects were a bit loud and scared me the first time haha Looking forward to your future games!
I think the game is a bit too punishing when touching walls since it is not easy to control our space doggie with 0 gravity. Maybe it would be fun to add a way to refill our life like cans of dog food that are a bit tricky to get, it would even add things to do when there is nothing to repair! It might be funnier than going to the blue zone that heals the stats.
Your game really fits the theme, well done!
I was confused about what was causing things to blow off too. Wasn't quite sure how close I was to losing overall or why I lost. I guess maybe I took too much damage bouncing into walls without noticing? Maybe having the whole ship start to blink or having the corgi have some indicator of when you're about to die would help. Great job overall though! Loved the graphics and music.
Very cute and nice game! It was fun! The concept is simple but interesting and well executed. Congrats on your entry! :ok_hand:
Cute doggie which made it nice to navigate around. Would be nice to have more feedback letting you know you aren't supposed to hit the walls as at times I would die and wasn't completely sure why. Fun graphics though and liked how you used the theme.
@superpatch yeah we will use your advice when will go to Steam:3
@dick-claus probably you got a lot of damage of the walls. When corgi collides into walls it gets some damage. There could be some visual feedback but there is not :laughing:
@midnightmist we want to publish it on steam. Keep tracking :smile:
@solah yeah. We wanted to add some refill stuff like cans with food. But time goes so fast :smile:. Thank you for your feedback
@kuiefs you've died cause of walls. There could be some feedback. THanks for compliments
@dextreon thank you!
@franklins-ghost thanks for feedback!
Fun little game! Well executed.
Ahaha this is too cute! Love the little barks. A pretty neat little game though. Something I was thinking that could be added is external effects, like hitting asteroids or the ship turning/rotating or something, just to mix up the gameplay and add another layer of things going on. Well done tho :)
@alex-adedge especially thx for barks compliments. A person who barked on the recorder has cried because she was so happy to see your comment :smile: And thanks for your advice
Very cute art style, I love it! One little thing - I got stuck in the upper right corner after a while and could not move out again, maybe make this some pixels wider.. And taking damage from walls should make some sound, so it is clear this is not good for doggies health. Great job! :thumbsup:
Pretty nice overall, especially the graphics. I did find the relationship between the system bars and which systems were failing to be a little confusing, though.
