The movement is extremely fast and I seem to instantly die as soon as the platform disappears. Am I doing something wrong or is this game unfinished?

The movement is extremely fast and I seem to instantly die as soon as the platform disappears. Am I doing something wrong or is this game unfinished?
The graphics are just splendid, really like the sprites and backgroudn animations. Sound is a bit jarring, I don't know if it was the intention, but it gets anoying after some gametime. Really wished that you had some indication for life points.

I don't seem to be able to win. I tried for a bit but no joy. I love the graphics and the overall look. It's also directly related to the theme.
Pretty interesting! Liked the idea and the gameplay, I also was impressed by the clever idea of having to move to actually be able to attack, nice approach, but I could avoid this by pressing multiple movement keys while pressing the attack button, so maybe you can fix that by letting the attack depend on your movement speed, rather than depending on just pressing the movement keys. Apart from that I really liked the graphics and with some more polish it would make me want to play it much more time in a row. I would have also enjoyed that the enemies made a sound when I killed them.

I like the graphisms. Only two colors, and still readable. The gameplay is ok, you see where you can shoot and how to kill ennemies. Allowing to use zqsd to move can be a big plus (you can put more than one line on the same name in the input manager to put more key on the same command). Don't name your file "LD42" or "Windows", add the name of your game. It's hard to see what i have downloaded without starting the game.
Ok game, would like options to turn down audio.
Cool graphics! Also fighting works well. But there is an always repeating tone in the background. After 5 min of playing this could get annoyingXD But i like it!!
The sprites are really cool. Particularly the weird skulls that morph in the background.
Also maybe I'm just the weird one, but I really like the droning ambiance.
Thanks everyone for playing! We wish we had more time so we could have finished the experience we wanted to share with you. We enjoyed a lot working on the concept and we're planning on polishing it to an even better experience! :D

@guin36 yeah sorry about that, noticed it late last night. The FPS is not capping like its supposed to. So if you have a nice PC - the game runs at 200+ frames and all scripts are running 2.5x more then usual... Will get this updated asap.

Mechanics are good and clean, the only problem for me it's the speed of the game, the platform shrinks too quickly and you die fast.
Very challenging game (with cool graphics). I am not sure if you fixed the speed already? I barely made the first wave.
Cool graphics and fun gameplay, everything about this game is well done. I think having no music fits this two color game pretty well.
The aesthetics are interesting and I think the background images are a bit freaky lol. Rather challenging as no matter how much I tried I couldn't get to stage 2. Solid game!
Really cool art. I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but the F1-key doesn't work in the web-version. It will open my broweser's (Chrome) help page instead :)
I really love the animation! Fur me, the game is a little too hard, and I have no sound on the html5 version. You graphical choice is great!

@maximebou The game is supposed to be a little challenging. Everytime you kill an enemy it give you some ground back.
If you've played in the last hour or two you should be on the new version where i fixed the speed bug.

Nice concept and beautiful 1 bit art but...fuck this is hard !!! I can barely reach the second wave ! I really liked the ambiant mood and universe coming with the art. Good work with animations and shaders! Cheers!

WOOOO the incredibly wonderful art in this! I loved the style! It was a tough game but super amusing. The hilarity when the field turns into an extremely thin line :D Shame the restart button was F1 which browsers hate. Tweak that a bit, and you're golden.
Cool looking game and concept. quite frustrating that you have to refresh the page to play again (F1 just opens help menu...). Controls are unintuitive, K and L are an odd choice. Otherwise nice graphics and animations, cool idea.
Love the game & graphics. Nice work! Is there a way to beat the first level? I tried quite few times and couldn't seem to get it.

The visuals are cool! it only lacks a music! Also, the F1 button opens the browser help center. You should change that. I didn't really like reloading the tab to play again :D
EDIT: I have an idea for the game. maybe if the corpses pile up and make land to move will make it more innovative!
