I love the cardboard cut-out art style and the story telling/npc interaction. Definitely adds depth to the game. Great idea. I would definitely play this if you worked on it to it's entirety and added a little variety to the tasks. Well done!
This creates some great atmosphere in the opening scenes. Loved it. The characters are delightful. The clouds are gloomy. Despite the game being comical, Greg's creepy stare left me feeling tense. I'm giving you another half star on theme because it's also a horror/comedy matchup in a way you don't see a lot.
I ultimately gave up on the orchard gameplay though. Couldn't quite figure out what to do. They'd still get me even if I wasn't looking at them, and walking constantly while picking apples wasn't fast enough to keep away.
That was defintly strange and freaky. I love it though, great game, great graphics and great everything. Good Jib
If you goal wasn't to creep me the heck out in this game, i have deep concern for you as a person. I'm not quite sure how much fun i had playing this, but it was interesting and weird enough for me to keep playing until i felt i had nothing left to do. i love the flat characters and how they seemed to be creeped out by greg too. really nice pixel art and sound design as well.

Wow, that was creepy. Fantastic atmosphere and great polish. I don't even know if Greg catching you did anything, I just knew I wanted to get away from that man. A well made short game, I'm not usually into this sort of 'tense' game so really got my heart pumping haha :P
This game is weird as heck, and I loved it. The 2D character designs were really cute, and I liked how they contrasted with the 3D environments. Walking into the Orchard for the first time, and seeing all the Gregs slowly start to creep into the environment... brilliant. Great entry!
This was actually SUPER creepy, so nice job! I had something like 40 apples when I lost in the orchard and lost all but 10 :( I couldn't seem to beat it with stupid Greg talking about corn all day. Really though, the mouse didn't stick to the screen super well so I found myself holding right click, and I think you shouldn't have to get so darn close to people to chat with them, but the atmosphere was killer and those are pretty minor complaints. Great work!
I heard it was a competition so I didn't bother talking to anyone, busy pickin apples the whole time, then I found the path to the orchard and the small valley of gregs, and picked some more apples avoiding the gregs and triumphantly picking to victory all without a single interaction... ok I may be a competitive introvert, but apples!
I am so confused but I had so much fun. I was scared and I didn't know why, it really shows how the atmosphere can effect a game. Your sprites are gorgeous, reminds me of a Double Fine game almost. Thank you for that confusing, fun, unnerving experience!
That's creepy... Good entry! I liked the premise and Greg kind of creeped me out :scream: The sound design was great as well, it kept me on the edge of my seat in suspense.

I loooove the super weird art direction you took! The audio is especially great, too. Everything combined, you managed to create a horror game, that feels truly unique and is fun while also being really creepy! That's no small feat, sir! (or madam, I don't know)
