well looks funny but is too slow. Its boring i tried to get the gun but this needed to much time. The music loop is too short and that makes it harder to keep playing as well. And i had problems placing toys. I was able to place 3-4 boots but only one box and not any spot worked.

Cute but a bit unengaging due to the long waiting time between interactions.
The game works well and the art is nice. I expected the handgun to work in this "different" way :D I wish my cat played like that and it gave me money to buy more stuff :D
Btw we have many adorable cats in our game too, check it out if you like :)

It's a really nice game but I got bored quickly because time between interactions is a bit too long and I had some problems with placing items but hey, I got to look at cute cats drawings and it was definitely worth it :D
The cats are pretty cute. However, there is too much time were you don't have anything to do as the player. It feels a bit like an idle game, but without the satisfying rising numbers. Some additional interactions between player and cats might have made the game more interesting.
~~ Note from the developer ~~
~~ Patience is rewarded. ~~
~~ Get the handgun ~~

I got the handgun but nothing really important happened, I didn't find the event theme fitting in the game. The music is engaging and the art pretty cute! I expected some interaction between the player and the cats, also different behaviours depending on the items available.
The graphics are really good looking but you just sit in front of your screen and wait and wait and wait ... and wait. Also interactively playing with the cats would have been nice.
I tried to be patient and bought the hand gun, boy did things escalate quickly, soon they wanted tanks and what not :D (didn't have any goldfish to buy the tanks though...)
I liked the graphics and the comical background music. :3
I think it would be better if the handgun didn't cost so much since it just adds unnecessary wait (maybe unlock it after the other items are bought?)
Better then the live rats my bundle of joy brings in! I didn't expect to see Neko Atsume in a Ludum Dare, so this was impressive. As others have noted, it was a bit tricky to place items sometimes, and the pacing is a little slow, but the cats looks great (particularly when you get the gun).
I sort of felt like I was being held hostage to get the gun, but I did. Lots of waiting. Maybe if the game didn't require you to click "okay" to keep it going it'd be great. Maybe more multitasking than sitting and staring at phone while playing. Super cute and funny, but now I don't have a yard anymore.

The art and music is perfect for me. I also like to see many cats playing in my yard. But it's like one idle game on app store, where you put items and wait to attract kinds of cats. I think as an idle game it's perfect but as a jam game it may need some change. BTW I feel that it's weakly linked to the theme.
Overall it's nice game which make me relaxed in the afternoon. Some problemes: 1. the icons sometimes don't work after being clicked, some because of the hit box of click is not consistent with that of cusor hooovering, sometimes it just won't work at all after the pop-up of "You've gained gifts" 2. I can get up to 3 paper boxes in the yard, is that intentional>. 3. When I place new toys some of those that already exist will disappear. 4. If I put a toy at the bottom right corner, the quit button won't work.

I wish there was a bit more to do but it had a nice polish to it and a catchy song.
Nice Art! ^.^

This game looks cute, but it's not too fascinating. Did I understand correctly that these cats are an allusion to humanity, which plays with cannons and sets everything on fire? The meditative attainment of the cats brought me to this idea. Great job!
Stuff happened too slow. Also I'm pretty sure the buttons worked like 10 percent of the time 🧙🏿♂️
Fantastic!! A brilliant take on Neko Atsume, and it's so much fun to see the cats get out of control and start making demands :D plus the concept of a cat playing around in a mini tank is super cute :D Brilliant music (I love how it turns when the cats gain control) and lovely graphics/animations too!
CUUUUUUUTE!!!
Nice little game ! Its long to go to the gun, but it worth it.
Haha cute! I liked the cats demanding more military things and setting the place on fire. Typical cats. Neat little submission.

Good start! I included it in my Ludum Dare 40 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvj17CkuZ1U
