Great art style! I really liked the sound as well. It was difficult to play with a keyboard/mouse, but I know it was meant for a controller. Well done.

Neat entry, can't feel the effect of the increasing difficulty too much, but a nice entry nonetheless! Love the little intro animation!
Ahh! I killed the capitalism boss when the defeat fade out was going rip, Marx would be proud though :^). My first idea for this theme was with money too, but couldn't get any interesting gameplay, I'm glad you found the way! Good job!

I can't get it to work? When I try run.exe, I get an error: "Java Virtual Machine Launcher: Could not find the main class: me.mathiouza.ld40.Main. Program will exit."
Nice work. I couldn't really feel the theme coming through but it's still a solid game that I enjoyed (Nice troll on the quit button!).
The intro is pretty funny and the messages are too. The mechanic is simple and works. Despite me playing for a while music never became repetitive. COngrats!

@randomnine Hum ... that is weird this kind of messages ... Moreover that is difficult to help you because I do not create a real error system ... Try redownloading it ? Maybe it is your java version ? Or maybe you do not extract the files and folders from the zip file ?

I think that this is the best LD40 game that i was playing. Well done!
Something about the game really got me into it. Took me a lot of tries but I managed to beat it! I find the game very cute and the bosses were a nice touch.
I found a bug where a dollar sign enemy would randomly fly past the screen during some transitions into the next room in level 2.
@sungk Thank you for the feedback ! I know this bug, but that is just a graphical bug and I had no more time when I saw it ^^' I will try fixing it for a further version :)

I really liked the audo, really impressive compo entry. I did think that the theme was lacking a bit in the game, other then that, nice entry.
Its a fun little game but it is not that innovative. I think some more mechanics would make it better!

The sound effect when picking up money was very satisfying! Really simple and easy to learn. I did get a lot of similar rooms in the first level (line of target below three turrets), and the first level felt a bit too long. Great game overall though! The intro was really good

Hmm.. a hit point bar would be great. I was at lost at how many times I can be hit that before I go down.
Audio was great and the art style actually fits the game well. Control was tight, which is good!
I think this game is kinda boring and uninteresting. Music also repetitive.
Ok, so I just dropped it when I got to the damn plants, and I don't even feel guilty - they are way too over-powered. Enjoyed the first two levels though.
