First few levels are still some good fun though. (Maybe because it's so fucking hard to control the car.)

The controls felt a bit stiff, but other than that nice game!
Weird graphics mode
Nice title graphic. Fun soundtrack.
It was quite frustrating to drive and steer the car. I still managed to play it up to level 20.
Supersonic ambulance chasing boys with green hair...the weirdness keeps you playing it for a while.
My favorite part was driving in circles, until my speed wrapped around to going in reverse :)
There's some crazy speed to that vehicle. Vroooom...
Looks nice, not too much surprises. Kind of annoying when bouncing on the screen border.
a double resolution would be fine. then I could drive better in the environment. all in all: good work.

Hehe, it makes no sense at all but it's entertaining. The car controls suck, but otherwise it's interesting.
Pretty fun! The small window seems like an odd choice, and made it a little hard to see, but it was pretty fun. Seemed really easy for many levels, then got hard fairly quickly.
The game is too easy, even on higher levels (20+), and the car seems to move too fast. There isn't enough happening to hold a player's attention (not mine, at least). Perhaps if you had to avoid hitting the healthy boys, there would be some challenge to it.
Neat, another game with a car! The controls were a bit hard, it was tough to manouver the car properly and often the good tactic seemed to be running around in circles hoping to hit infected people. Nice sounds and neat game concept.
It looks like it might be a fun game but the video mode was hella screwed up for me. (I've got an ATI Radeon 9500).
