When I use the number entry pad I seem stuck on it. If I press enter nothing happens, if I press escape the prompt to enter the code disappears, but my camera rotation gets locked in place and I can no longer turn around. Happens in fullscreen and windowed :(
Really nice looking! But the calculator ruined my camera, could not look around :p
The game was awesome! The game kept me on edge all time. The atmosphere was good too. Overall awesome game. Keep it up!
I'm having the same issue as Tifu and can't get past this section. However, the graphics and gameplay are fantastic and this feels like a really great beginning to an adventure game and I like the plot (not gonna spoil it for anybody else but I find it unique). However, I'd suggest removing the mouse smoothing cause it made it very difficult to play and very jarring. Great submission!

The visuals and the audio are great and really help set the mood in this game. I wasn't sure what the keypad was for, but I managed to escape the room without interacting with it. Overall it has a high level of production with some nice looking art, well done!

Very cool atmosphere here! Would certainly be interested in seeing it fleshed out some more :P I found the looking controls a bit floaty and sensitive by default, and it was occasionally tricky to aim at interactive objects. Nice work!
Very cool project for just some days

Ooo nice mood! The interactions are a little sensitive.
This is good! Nice story and game looks very realistic. More puzzles would be welcome. I'm not sure if it's performance issues, but view was moving 1 second after mouse move. Anyway great entry!
Feel invited to check my "Toilet Escape Room" entry!

Aw man, this game is really cool! I loved puzzling out the story, figuring out each move to make following the clues. Needs a bit more "forgiveness" with interactions in general, should be able to look at interactive items and have them highlight/be clickable from a wider range.
Great mood, and really nice environment / mood. The textures, models, and music are all top-notch. That said, the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired.
The mouse movement was REALLY weird. I had a TON of "floatiness" with my mouse, where I would move, stop moving my mouse, and my view would continue to rotate as if it had some crazy momentum. Not sure if this was because I was playing in windowed mode.
Tons of things that I could interact with had really wonky "hitboxes", as in looking directly at them did not seem to "activate" them, I had to look at areas slightly away from them.
Finally, I had picked up a few things and walked around, I went to the places where the bodies are normally kept, hit E, and the game apparently ended? I have no idea what happened.
Great mood and graphics, still a great effort.
Really digging this game - immediately got the escape room vibe from it, and it had a pretty solid atmosphere to it as well.
Nice work! The camera movement kind of made me sick for some reason (not like crazy sick just a bit). Overall I thought it was a cool game!

Worked well, made it to the end. Nice fire. :) The music set the perfect mood and the newspapers were creepy if a little grammatically incorrect. Curious who left the note and more about the back story if there is any :)

Oh yeah one glitch I found was the pointing area that allowed you to interact was both small (tricky to target on my slowish system--sometimes took several tries) and also didn't seem to really line up with the item I was interacting with. E.g. the garbage can by the notepad, I had to aim far left of the centre of the can to target it.

Very solid Atmosphere and that is one of the critical parts to doing a good first person narrative game like this. but I was a little confused? I beat the game 2 different ways but I'm kind of unsure as to what happened. Also what's up with the key pad? Some hints would be cool!

Hey, a great looking entry, combined with the music, gave it a pretty interesting atmosphere. The puzzles weren't very involved, but served there purpose of pacing the notes. Overall, it really reminded me of the original Resident Evil and Silent Hill games, which I really enjoyed.
The mouse controls needs to be fixed; the sensitivity was way to high. It could be tough to interact with the objects, especially considering the closer you are to the objects, the harder it is to interact with them. Some of the notes could have also used a proof read. I also wish the puzzles went a little deeper.
I found a small bug, after opening the hidden wall, you can walk into the painting and go on the other side of the door. You kind of get stuck in a little closet, but you can walk back if you're persistent enough.
Aside from those problems, I really enjoyed it. Nice work!
Great audio and graphics! :)

I really liked this game. The story and graphics is super great. Well done.
Really nice graphics and setting. The mood was well done. I had some issues with the click targets not being placed accurately, but other than that it was a nice little escape the room game.

Impressive graphics, story looks cool but it's just a beginning. For me, the mouse smoothing quite ruins all the experience, it is very frustrating, I suggest you to get rid of it.

mouse smoothing was awful, and the character movement felt chunky. The assets were nice looking at least.
The game looked really nice and the music created a great mood, though everything about the movement felt floaty and because of that, I found it hard to keep the interactable objects within interaction range.
Outside of that though it was a nice little experience with an interesting story
graph and audio were perfect to set the mood for this game. awesome work! also, creative way to work the theme. I love 'escape the room' games. Congrats!!!

Have to agree with others on the movement. The camera was weird and let to overall akward movement.
You have to stand in certain spots to be able to interact with something.
It would have been nice if you moved away from the keypad the text would disappear. (You have to press esc)
I just tried to find things to interact with and suddenly i managed to get out of theroom.
The atmosphere is nice, i also like the textures, variety of objects and text messages you can find.
The music albeit being a short loop is well fitting.
Liked to coloring, very unusual. Little bit crazy camera but otherwise good scary room escape.

Nice environment feel, but I didn't really know what was going on and accidentally finished the game. The Unity stock controller walking sound really broke immersion for me, and the delayed input camera was nauseating.
Nice graphics! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum Dare 37 games, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/Ysp76gwDV8M
