aaayyy, we have similar theme of game mate :D, you are the second person i see with the switchboard operator theme, great mind indeed thinks alike :D

very interesting aesthetic, i love the cleanliness of it, the telephone user sounds is also a nice touch

colozz 2016-08-30 10:13

I love the difficulty! How did you score 78? ^_^
I hope the real demoiselle de téléphone job wasn't that hard
Nice game

cushycode 2016-08-30 10:22

Good idea, dude!
Wish you find a good artist there for the game.

But the web version resolution is too large.
I had to scroll up and down to continue the game.

monstersauce 2016-08-30 10:42

Very interesting use of theme!
Just as I was thinking hey this is pretty ea-- ohhhhh here it goesss. Good stuff!

blinry 2016-08-30 11:35

Got a score of 17 on the first try :) Nice little game, it's well-rounded! Love the talking sounds :D Good short in-game explanation, too!

I can't really find anything to criticize, expect maybe that I would have liked more gameplay elements!

amine-tcherak 2016-08-30 11:39

Very Nice i love your Game Good Works )=

yngvarr 2016-08-30 11:42

23 points. Also, tried to play with drawing tablet. Got 11. =P
Gameplay is awsome! I always hated mouse and now I hate it muuch more. =) Sounds are just wonderful!
Got an interface problem on my Windows: http://imgur.com/a/uptMc

Neat game, I was able to get 47 points on my first go! It's simple, it's interesting, nicely done! :D

chrisdugne 2016-08-30 11:52

nice idea ! 16pts here on web version. To me, we wait for the acceleration too long at start, and then it grows too quickly. But then it's why I tried many times : )

Nice! Lovely and simple, very clear what's going on, and has a nice difficulty curve. Lovely sound effects too :)

I can already imagine ways you could take this further (wires you can't cross, special colored wires that can only go in certain holes, etc..) but it's already a nice complete experience. Great job.

raspofabs 2016-08-30 12:45

I can imagine this being a lot better to play on tablet. Good idea.

Wow! Another phone game! And it seems as if there are others, too. Nonetheless, interesting gameplay idea. The increasing telephone babbling really sets the hectic mood. Good music & art too. Solid game.

I think adapting this for a touch screen sounds fun. (Two fingers, one for each jack?)

High score: 24

cmangas 2016-08-31 13:25

Simple concept, but very well executed. The music and the sound effects really make a speciall kind of mood for this game.

Fun little game, good job!

gipzo 2016-08-31 14:26

Nice game. Simple and addictive. With touch controls it should be even better :)

I think making wires slightly different colors will make them less obscure..

High score: 23

P.S. I have switchboard themed game too :)

damdoshi 2016-08-31 14:40

Wow, that's pure hell xD

Original concept. It makes me think a little to "Papers, please"... Just add a few people to hear, to spy and a backstory, and here you are :p

It is simple but well done.

gorp900 2016-08-31 15:01

Nice take on the theme, Playing with the mouse can certainly feel a bit tedious but i imagine on a phone or tablet, with touch controls, makes this game a whole load better.
This could be really cool with a mostly minimal art style and having different levels with different switchboard shapes or hazards.

pogo 2016-08-31 15:09

The sound design was spot on, the little chatter noises and beeps speeding up as the difficulty ramps makes the game that little bit more stressful.
I feel like the dicordes would have benefited from being different colours to each other. Sometimes I would get confused between which end connected to which.

I'd have also like a way to quickly detach a pair of dicordes, or put them back into the supply.

leroyii 2016-08-31 17:32

I really enjoyed it, it's a very nice simple "work" game, like papers, please. It has some nice chaos later in the game, especially when someone want's to call someone else and the cord is still on it from the last call. Great job!

insality 2016-08-31 18:23

a very very nice concept and implementation
First game, where Im started from reading in-game tutorial.
The perfect entry for multitasking and very funny as it can be. Great job!
Got 55 score and got tired. Good luck with projects!

The bad part maybe is not so comfortable UI. thats all what i finded

junber 2016-08-31 23:10

Awesome interpretation of the theme. It was real fun. I got 34 points on first try. I can see the controls working a lot better on mobile too. The sounds were great and the graphics were functional without being ugly even though the difference between people talking and people finished talking could have been bigger. Also I cant think of an explination why someone should use Comic Sans for tutorial texts... But if I ignored this grave stylistic misstep it is quite a nice game.

diptoman 2016-09-02 09:59

15 and fired! Well, I'm glad I don't live in that era (or it might be because I was usiing a laptop's touchpad. It's hard.) WOuld be nice to have some variations, but otherwise a neat idea and a pretty good presentation! Well done.

alsatian-studio 2016-09-05 10:09

Interesting game. Maybe it will doing well on mobile platform

jupiter_hadley 2016-09-13 22:39

Really nicely made game! I included it in my compilation video series of Ludum Dare 36, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/ZHYBCFbdIKA
