I love this game it's nice and simple. This is the first LD36 game not only for single player that I saw, The AI is nice.

Really clever idea changing the rules as you go. I wondered how someone might use the theme of ancient technology to really guide the gameplay, and you did it well by having someone attempting to interpret the rules of some bizarre ancient game.
A brilliantly executed game. Though the mechanics were insanely simple, the changing of rules kept things interesting with just the right amount of humour. Jolly good job!
Wow, surprised how long it went on haha, great entry!
Very nice, simple mechanics but what makes this game great is the narrative.
Great job!
I was on 9 points per ball at the end, so the final challenge was ridiculously easy. Nevertheless, the game is fun. Nice physics for such a short time.
Cool game. But a bit too short.
Loved this! The narrative makes the game.
I really liked it. The changing mechanics was a nice touch, but I really liked the narrator and the dialogue. The researcher narrator was pretty funny. I also liked the screen shake and sounds when the god spoke. It made the god feel very powerful. Great game!
Interesting "sports" game =) Like the idea, but controls are not comfortable to play.
I found the changing gameplay fun. The part where the balls go up is funny, but eventually I got bored of the game. ._.
Overall though, the game was fairly good.
Good job making a simple idea so entertaining.
Yes, having a physics engine and playing with it is fun. You did well adding some dialogue into it (even if the ancient tech thing felt very forced).
Wow.
That was great.
if only i had somebody to play with...
well good there is the letter T!
Great game! I had a lot of fun playing this. Very clever idea!
very unique!, i love how the game rules change while we playing, and with addition of goofy narative and writing, this game just cheers me up
the control is easy and responsive enough
very cool and unique entry for sure! :D
The addition of the dialogue makes this game.. it's pretty fun - I like how unexpectedly bouncy the balls are! The only part I wasn't so keen on was the multiple different font sizes.
Nice and fun game! Who doesn't like to shoot bouncy balls. Good job!
At first impressions, this looked rather simplistic, but once I started playing, it was a blast! The researcher constantly swapping the rules was both a really clever idea and a great source of humour!
Waw, this game has almost everything it needs, a great idea, good mechanics, interesting mini story and well implemented physics. It's polished and really deserve further working. It kind of reminds me of Zuma game, but more fun oriented than that one. Good job :) !
That was hilarious best humor in all ludumdare so far. That reminds me portal narrative. Only bad thing is that all that shooting feels random even within one rule set i shoot 2 balls and they go totally different ways it feels like it isnt worth try second time becouse you didnt learn anything first time and last few balls were jumping all around the hole maybe lower bounciness of balls is one rule that wasnt discovered on ancient tablets?
Played it solo. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Interesting idea, pinball-ish, I feel variable shoot velocity could've made it feel much better though. And maybe some more varied terrain.
That was interesting.
Almost gave up a little before the purple boxes appeared. I thought it was entering some kind of loop.
Changing the mechanics now and then was pretty nice and unpredictable, I could have appreciated a little more challenge through it all. I lost at the end and since the game felt a little long didn't go back.
Nonetheless, I enjoy my stay while it lasted!
