Really charming art style, and good strategy!

iendsl 2016-04-18 03:31

I love the style and the basic mechanic. I felt a little confused about the objective and it took me a minute to understand what I was doing but I like creating the OGLA's and watching them eat up the stuff.

ougrouk 2016-04-18 03:31

Very very neat and well though game.
You need to eat through all the stuff/planet (though it was bacteria at first and someone having fun beaming lasers at them through a microscope)

My poor Oglas cannot catch a break! This is an excellent project, I hope you feel inspired to keep working on this sort of thing. Graphics and mechanics and pacing are working together very nicely here to create a well-tuned biological aesthetic. Very effective.

aaranos 2016-04-18 04:01

Interesting concept. Feels more like I'm looking through a microscope and zapping bacteria.

Since you didn't do Audio I'd recommend taking it off the list if possible.

darksshades 2016-04-18 06:56

Really interesting and fun idea. I don't see the point of the time but I liked just looking at the OGLAs going about.

Thanks for your comment
for the background i decide to change from a microscope to a planet but i didnt have time to add star ;)
The gameplay is not really clear sorry for that i had a small text of explanation

Lovely art style and general concept. A touch confusing to start - but well done overall.

gq_deltex 2016-04-18 17:42

Good idea, art looks really good, game principle is fun. Good work!

goffmog 2016-04-18 17:58

Really charming game, relaxing. It's always fun to play with artificial life.

designernap 2016-04-18 18:22

took a few goes for me to understand it but I did enjoy it. Lovely visuals too. Nice work.

tayl1r 2016-04-18 23:43

I think this has all gone over my head but I appreciate it!

hijomo 2016-04-19 20:30

Cool game. the growth and consumption mechanic was interesting.

weaverdeveloper 2016-04-19 23:12

Pretty cool stuff. I feel like there might be more depth to it which can't be fully appreciated in the few minutes you spend playing.

joemid 2016-04-20 19:40

Love the micro petri-dish look and the concept!

lkr 2016-04-21 00:28

That was a unique and quite fun game. Love the organic look and graphical effects :)
Nice to see more strategy games here!

themeorch 2016-04-24 15:12

It's so cool watching (and affecting) the game as it simulates things in a very natural way. And I actually really like how you can interpret it as being a planet OR the lens of a microscope. Great work!

avocadojoe 2016-04-25 14:31

i love the art style and the overall concept. nice work!

thedashdude 2016-04-26 00:25

Felt a bit random at first, but I ended up liking it.

themightyteam 2016-04-26 19:41

It is worthy to spend some time playing to learn the basics (Admittedly, I was very bad at it though).

Amazing concept and design.

foxtacy 2016-04-28 07:33

I tend to dislike games where you have to click all the time but this one kinda works for me :D

egos 2016-04-28 19:59

Thanks all for your comment i tried to make a post mortem version but ... the after LD is hard to control ;)
My best score is 200

dcolgan 2016-04-28 23:27

Pretty cool concept, I wasn't fully sure what I was doing, but it was pretty to look at!

huvaakoodia 2016-04-29 14:09

A cool simulation. The game is not that interesting, but that doesn't really matter now does it!

Great job.

tomlum 2016-04-29 21:26

Fascinating mechanic and really hypnotic to play!

rhastapunk 2016-05-02 08:32

Strange but I liked! Good and original work!

godsboss 2016-05-09 17:58

A very strange game, still quite fun though.

thecain 2016-05-09 19:45

I got level 7, 156s.
Very tough, and somewhat confusing, but it seems promising.
