Epson is going to save us all!!
I can't seem to get it to run! I only get a black canvas with a few grey UI elements.
Worth noting, I am running Chrome 42. I tried disabling AdBlock to no avail.
same problem as karai17
^Hit space to start it when you get the black screen
It won't work on Chrome because it runs on WebGL, sorry :(
HIT SPACE AT THE BLACK SCREEN EVERYBODY!!! Its incredibly hard unless I am not understanding something. Quite a nice tune, though.
It is really hard in the beginning but after a few runs you memorize all the sequences and it gets really fun, trust me!
sanojian try to follow the combinations that appear at the top of the screen! It's all about motor coordination :P
Encountered the same startup bug as many other commenters, the use of numbers keys could've also been explained a bit better :D
However I find that the mechanic is actually quite nice and visually everything runs silky-smooth. I think a bit more time is what this game needs.
@gnx
Thank you very much for your feedback! The black screen isn't actually a bug, it was meant to be a start menu where it explained how to play and had some options but we ended up not having enough time to do it.
I definitely agree with you that this needs more time in order to be a "good" game but I hope you had fun anyway.
I must not have much motor coordination ;-).
@Makay: It works fine in Chrome. Chrome supports WebGL.
Nice number-masher, but gets a little repetitive. Reminds me of the flash game Run for some reason. With some work (improving the abrupt game over via a life system, maybe) this could make a good game.
Same problem as everyone else: can't get it to run
I coded some fixes into the game because people were having issues trying to play it. The gameplay was not affected at all.
Great game. Could do with some ramping difficulty instead of being attacked by all variations at once, but besides that the gameplay is great.
I really like the flow of the game and partially the environment, The buildings look interesting and the fade out to darkness is nicely done. I find gameplay really hard in the beginning. Some instructions ingame while playing would be cool.
I got a score 260!
The graphics were cool though his running animation needs work. I like the concept it can be pretty fun at times, though I wish the robot killings would be more intuitive or at least mentioned in the game. It is hard to memorize all the codes. Overall, it is a solid piece and I did have fun.
Overall I like theme usage and concept, it was little hard for me to get my head around to get far enough in only because of my backward guitar playing mind. Love to hear some SFX play when you use the key tar and make different riffs based on different robot patterns pressed. Also love to hear the music continue after you die since I didn't hear more that 45 seconds of it :(
Great job overall, keep up the good work!
Neat concept, great music and good graphics. The gameplay for me was slightly difficult to get into although I do see the potential for fun, especially with that music. I was confused about the numbers, and even after reading the how-to I found I was unable to use the num-pad, which is what I was wanting to use for a game like this. Great job!
Very cool idea! And excellent music.
Nice concept. Really wished the numberpad worked though :(
Really dug the control scheme; very original. Nice variation on the endless runner genre. One of my favorites I've played so far!
The numbers should be placed in the middle or similar, so it's easier to keep track of them while looking at the "street".
This was hard !
The controls are fine and the game is interesting. However, its quite hard to kill an enemy not in your lane since you dont know the sequence to kill them before being in front of them. I'd recommend being able to see the sequence on each unit on screen somehow.
Otherwise it ran great. Good job on the entry !
This was cool, would have been nice to have the button sequences nearer the actual character so that you didn't have to spend the entire game watching the top of the screen though :)
