Definitely innovative, although I suspect I may be tone deaf.

ceosol 2014-08-25 13:25

At least with this game, you do not have to be a great musician to make music :)

Thanks for leaving feedback!

colapsydo 2014-08-25 19:37

I like the idea and its execution.
Are the asteroids random or did you try to influence the final melody made by the player ?

I'm found of the map tune.

xwarzonex 2014-08-25 20:00

Very unique and enjoyable game. the game was well executed.

ceosol 2014-08-25 23:01

Thank you for the comments. I made the asteroids random just to mess with people try to play full songs. It would be pretty awesome having asteroids coming out in a certain order to create an actual song :)

Played this on a Nexus 7 (2012) and it worked long enough to get an impression. It crashed after spamming the keys for too long though :-\

I loved the menu music, which I thought was a good twist to scifi. it set a nice tone.
However I thought the actual game didn't reach the overall quality of the menu.
Hope to see more from you in the future :)

I like the gameplay, but my piano skills seem to have massively deteriorated...

tmpxyz 2014-08-27 02:16

Hope there're more musics, it's a little dull to have one BGM for a musical game.

ragepaint 2014-08-27 03:37

Interesting game concept, but the sounds really hurt my ears for a music related game....

savethejets1 2014-08-27 03:38

Cool idea!

amour-maternel 2014-08-27 04:27

NIce game, fun to play and i like poems. The music good i feel it, i like having all my fingers on the keyboard it's like im pro typewriter and musician too.

gafblizzard 2014-08-27 05:22

At least in the web version on Firefox, it felt like the sounds were a little delayed after the key presses.

Neat idea though! With some more music, this could become some sort of rhythm game.

satyre 2014-08-27 10:58

Great innovative idea. I like that you have to compose music to have a save trip.

ceosol 2014-08-27 13:15

Thank you for all of the comments, good and bad. It is really helpful for planning out the future of the game :)

fizzd 2014-08-27 21:39

The hearing the song you played shtick is what made the game really work for me. Without it it would just be annoying, but hearing it afterwards makes me feel like i created something! Also it made the game hilarious :P

t4u 2014-08-27 22:54

I didn't like the gameplay but I like the concept of the game and that the idea was well executed.

gafblizzard 2014-08-28 04:42

Just replying to your comment, haha at batman voice...that might have occured to me when I was rushing to record the last few lines before submitting. I'll take it as a compliment. :P

pierrec 2014-08-28 09:50

A great idea! I wish there was more content (like different ennemies) The fact we can listen to our tune after each level is a nice touch

dunin 2014-08-28 17:22

cool concept, and I like the ship design!
It would be cool if there was an bad tone that break music when an asteroid hit the ship. And different weapon (that might be different ranges of notes...).

toubib 2014-08-28 22:22

Cool concept, but it's very hard to figure out what button to push.

jacob123 2014-08-28 23:14

This was an interesting concept. I tried making music... it didn't work.

ceosol 2014-08-29 02:46

Even in the comp version, you can use the mouse and drag over the keys :)

tombofry 2014-08-29 15:54

The concept is brilliant, but the graphics could look a lot better. I think the game is actually quite fun but if it were more polished I'd be excited it to play. Good job!

christianeugenio 2014-08-29 16:27

nice and original idea.

snapdragon 2014-08-30 01:22

Thee was a glitch that said fly tom some other place to upgrade health to start mission but I flew to all possible places but the same message came on my screen.

dohan 2014-08-30 14:49

Mixing a space shooter with a musical game is very creative. Also, the songs at the end of the level didn't sound as bad as I'd expected, lol.

natrium729 2014-08-31 03:21

A piano-spaceship is a kinda strange idea, but it works quite well! To bad the levels feel repetitive. The music playing back add some uniqueness though.
