Super nice graphics, there was a bit of tedium jumping through the empty dungeon to get back to the doors once I got the keys. Over all very nice.

Loved the clean graphics. I'm always amused by dungeons as hero grinders. Quite nice.

That was fun and addicting!

Liked this game quite a bit, it has charm. As much as I am usually against running blindly into the darkness, you made it fun (but still dangerous). I would like if the movement were sped up, spent a lot of time waiting. Oh, and did the different characters do different stuff? If not I'm totally cool with that, just wasn't sure if I was missing something.

As the map is randomly generated, it may create long corridors. So it takes time to travel in some cases.

For characters, they have only different skins, but not specific stuff. At the beginning, i wanted to give them their own skills but i have not had enough time.

Really needs the corridor run to be faster (at least once the fog of war is gone). Apart from that, it's a beautifully polished little game. Excellent!

Nicely done, clean graphics and simple but good gameplay.

grungi-ankhfire 2011-05-05 22:39

Very nice-looking game. Feels very polished. And I didn't mind the slow movement. And good job with the blog posting, that's always cool to see how the making of the game went !

the-jack 2011-05-05 23:28

Very clean aesthetics, I like the polish on the visuals.

I can't decide if allowing free movement would have been better or not, probably not but a speed slider or maybe even an intersection go to selection would have made it a bit less tedious.

All in all a solid entry.

randomnine 2011-05-06 14:52

I think I'd prefer this if the view range was extended. As it is, you're just plunging down darkened corridors until you either win by chance or inevitably lose all your heroes to attrition.

Still, pretty solid.

needs sound!

k_wright 2011-05-06 23:09

Well done! I feel like it was balanced in such a way that all your heroes are used by the end of the game. Or at least that's the best I could do.

endurion 2011-05-07 15:35

Dangerously addictive, has quite a similarity with Desktop Dungeons, but is different enough.
I loved the jumping "animation", but the longer you're inside the more tedious it gets. At a certain percentage the speed should be faster. And sound!
Other than that, really good entry!

hectigo 2011-05-08 16:18

I agree with randomnine that the light range should be extended, now the gameplay is mostly just poking randomly at the darkness. But the exploration mechanic is fun, and the jumping and fighting animations are adorable. Good job!

This game was incredibly fun, I only wish it had audio. Would be nice if you occasionally found potions for your health as well. Super addictive, the bounce movement is awesomely cute, I loved it.

cosr 2011-05-10 04:43

Fun game, and I really liked the simple graphical style.
I do kind of wish it was a little more strategic; as it is it seems a bit too luck based.

hamster_mk_4 2011-05-10 05:09

I usually like exploration games, but this one seemed a little too random. It didn't feel like I could make informed decisions, instead it was a lot of guessing and hoping. This would be greatly improved if there were clues to what lay ahead.

johanp 2011-05-10 12:13

Cute graphics and animation, very charming. The gameplay could do with a little more interesting maze. I also think it would be interesting to give the player a choice wether to pick up an object or not.

knighty 2011-05-17 03:05

It's a cool game idea, but it's just too random. I got an un-winnable dungeon because there wasn't enough reachable keys to open the doors.

Haloman800 2011-05-21 06:49

I really wanted to play this one, and I really wanted to check out the source, but both aren't functioning.

valandre 2011-05-21 18:41

Hi Haloman800

I've just check the links.
It's working to me.
