Oct 10 11:38:32 Save Nebuville ♥ 3 Good game, because it was super fun to play! Liked the last one so "Tiny" :p . Some comments about the 2 choices being the same i have to agree with. Overall nice art and music. The playtime was just right for a jam game (I could definitely take notes from that!)
Oct 10 11:59:53 21m 21s Battle for the Pages ♥ 2 I love puzzle, deckbuilder, roguelike, and strategy games, and this one nails all of them!(impressive). The octopus is my favorite (the way you say it made me giggle, so I picked him a lot). I really liked the dynamic books that change, making sure you don't get too overpowered. The lion caught me off guard! I did a few runs and enjoyed the randomness, especially the Elite with the subtle, low sound (that was a nice touch). Overall great Game!
Oct 10 12:18:05 18m 12s Fry Quest ♥ 3 Fun game! The potato chopping song is the best,it really adds to the vibe! Making a trailer was such a smart move, it got me even more excited to play! Bet you a lot of fun making it :)
Oct 10 12:43:14 25m 09s Widdle Werewolves ♥ 2 Fun intro! Doooooooooug! 😄 I really liked the growth mechanic, and the hand-drawn walking animation and music are impressive, especially for a jam game. Overall great game !
Oct 10 13:17:33 34m 19s Tiny Turf Tussle ♥ 3 Impressive amount of work! I really like the rat sprite, and the music is very good (simple but in a good way). I even had to double-check if the game had music because it blended so well, which is a great sign since it never distracted me from playing. I had to give it a few tries because you made it pretty challenging! Overall Great entry!
Oct 10 13:28:09 10m 36s FoRest in Peace ♥ 3 Omg, this game is so beautiful! Even though you opted out of the audio, I have to say you did an amazing job selecting it. It adds so much to the overall experience! Overall Super Entry!
Oct 10 13:39:25 11m 16s Blobbies ♥ 1 I love the delayed pop, it adds a nice challenge! Was that an accidental feature? If not, brilliant, and if it was, great decision to keep it! Overall, a fantastic game!
Oct 10 13:48:41 9m 16s TINY PACK ♥ 1 Insanely good for a compo, it would easily be a winner in a jam too! Totally agree with @plusminus on this one.
Oct 10 14:06:18 17m 37s Cordyception ♥ 3 I love the white outline; it gives off a sticker vibe! The music is well done, and the person who did your level design deserves a medal! The pixel art is clean and impressive, especially the worm design. Overall, it’s a super fun and polished game!
Oct 10 14:21:11 14m 53s Ludum Dare 56 - Hamster Hoarder ♥ 3 I see it's your second game jam together! I hope to see more from you in the future, especially with the hamster-in-cages art. The music is nicely crafted and really adds to the overall 'game feel.' Just a quick tip: consider making a web build so everyone can easily play it. This will increase the likelihood of people playing and rating your games.
Oct 10 14:39:29 18m 18s Small hope for a tiny sea creature ♥ 2 Wow, this game is a lot of fun, but it's definitely super challenging! I really enjoyed it!Screenshot 2024-10-10 at 16.37.51.png
Oct 10 14:59:33 20m 04s ConquerAnts ♥ 2 I really enjoyed the switch between management and fighting. The combat was tough at first, but by the second (or maybe fifth or sixth) try, I started to get the hang of it! The music is good and relaxing, but then the battles kicked in. I love how the bullets look like ants! I didn’t quite understand the food mechanics at first, so I think easing players into the game’s mechanics could help, especially since there’s a lot to take in. Sometimes less is more (and I’m just a bit jealous of the amount of content you have!). Overall, great game!
Oct 10 15:17:25 17m 52s Snake Rolls ♥ 1 A game jam is all about rolling with the punches and delivering the best possible spaghetti code patched up like a mad scientist's experiment. The sound really helps distract us from all this ,if you hadn’t mentioned your struggles, we’d probably think you were wizards! Enjoyed the game play because of smart level design. Great entry.
Oct 10 15:38:41 21m 16s Squirrel Mail ♥ 1 Creative design! I really enjoyed the last level with the swinging rock—it took me a while to figure it out. The impressive number of levels, along with the thoughtful design that builds up to the final stage, is commendable. The music is great, and the pop sound is very satisfying. From the moment I started, I knew I had to finish this! So, a job very well done!
Oct 12 06:47:18 39h 08m Checkmite ♥ 2 The intro music really sets the mood right from the start! ( @theoconfidor good addon to the team )I love the unique spin you’ve put on the auto-battler genre, and the moth design is such a standout, it’s both creative and memorable. The game’s length feels just right for what it offers, and the scope is well thought out. I can definitely see the potential for expanding this into a full game. Great work! Screenshot 2024-10-12 at 08.41.14.png Thank you for making this.
Oct 12 07:05:00 17m 42s Ant Infestation ♥ 1 Good game! I really liked the music and the hand-drawn art, super charming. That little green ant dude got me on my first run, but by the second run, I finally used the specials (because, let’s be honest, who reads manuals? 😄). Great job for your first jam, well done! Oct 12 07:24:47 19m 47s Stuart's Perfect Day ♥ 3 This game has a lot of potential, and I mean it! I played until all the mountains ran out, and then kept going because I just wanted more. You’ve created so many cool creatures, and the simple art style is absolutely brilliant, don’t change that! Keeping it simple is what makes the game so charming. The minimal color palette is super clean and really adds to the overall aesthetic. This is a perfect example of 'less is more.' Amazing work, and I can't wait to see what you do next! Oh and i wanted to drink the beer (hope it's beer).
Oct 12 07:48:21 23m 34s Gustave in Paris ♥ 2 Haha, cockroach MasterChef! The art is sublime, with the 2D sprites in a 3D world. Great lighting, and who could resist snail meat? 😄 I think you’ve created a little gem that could easily be expanded into a full game, a story about a cockroach aspiring to become a master chef! Cooking during the day and scurrying around the city for ingredients at night sounds like a fantastic concept i would play! Oh and the tutorial menu is super smart (This is some good game design).
Oct 12 08:09:43 21m 22s I'm a Porter for the Worst Dungeon Party in the World ♥ 5 What a wild ride! The concept is so clever, and the gameplay is as clear as my morning coffee, minus the chaos! 😂 The art style is impressive and then i read your releasing a polished version. I thought is was already polished. Oh, and the music? It’s like a catchy tune stuck in my head, but in a good way! Overall, great job! Keep up the amazing work!
Oct 12 08:55:42 45m 59s Tiny Rexes: Professional Dinosorting ♥ 1 Really enjoyed this game! The pixel art is charming, and the game design is solid. It’s fun and challenging, with mechanics that were all new to me, which I loved. The gameplay isn’t just about fast thinking; it often feels like a puzzle trying to get the right animals out while keeping the others in their circles. Once you add the greens, it gets even trickier! I’ve noticed that sometimes the critters wander out of their circles, which can be a bit challenging, but it adds to the fun(stress). Great job overall! And @lethargic just how :P Screenshot 2024-10-12 at 10.59.47 Small.jpeg
Oct 12 10:34:09 1h 38m Pawned Potential ♥ 2 It’s clear that a lot of passion went into it. The combination of fun gameplay and charming graphics really brings it to life. So shoutout to @Heiden-BZR, @ilya096, and @Fortythird for the stellar coding and game design! The mechanics are smooth and engaging. Also, props to @NoHopeOutThere for crafting a fun narrative. The 2D art by @Eravil fits perfectly with the theme, while @Pootisthepotato's level design adds depth and variety to the game. And let's not forget @Degtus for the fantastic sound design and music that enhance the entire experience. Also selling abilities is a "new" mechanic i like to put in my book of great ideas, thank you for that! What a talented team, great job everyone! Hope to seee more from your team.
Oct 13 06:22:42 19h 48m Miku's Minion Madness ♥ 1 🌽 sniper is a game changer . Cool auto battler you put together. Art is awesome like always. Music fade is Dutch a great way to do the turn indicator. Like that even that you win a game you want to play again. Great entry.
Oct 14 06:47:11 24h 24m Tiny Dirty Tricks ♥ 2 Awesome job! The art is fantastic, and the lighting really adds to the atmosphere. The sound design is also really well done and enhances the overall experience. The game itself is super fun to play. Great work all around!
Oct 14 07:05:07 17m 56s Window Creatures ♥ 2 Super nice game! Really cool 'idle' concept, and I love the idea of buying new space. Ad some events and I can totally see this being something you'd find in a store, perfect as a side game to enjoy during breaks or even while streaming. Great job!
Oct 14 08:27:08 1h 22m Tiny Tumble ♥ 1 This game is fantastic! The cute dragon is a joy to control, and shooting it around the well designed levels feels great. It's like a perfect puzzle game with solid mechanics. The music is super cool, especially the main song, and the board dropping down on chains is a really clever touch. The amount of content is impressive—dark levels, fast-paced sections, collectibles, switches, tunnels—you’ve packed so much in! The only thing I'd suggest is tweaking the collision on the floor/no floor it feels a bit unforgiving at times. Overall, a great entry, and I can't wait to see more from your studio!
Oct 14 08:54:58 27m 50s Neckmeat's Tiny Adventure ♥ 0 I survived the week! Loved the cool management aspect with the questions, sometimes I wanted to answer differently, but then I wouldn't make it (I tried without looking at the numbers, haha). A fun idea could be adding an overview at the end that shows how 'good' or 'bad' you are as a person based on your answers.so all stats are emotions or behaviors like in a horoscope. The dancing paper man is awesome! Screenshot 2024-10-14 at 10.38.48.png
