| Oct 3 05:10:12 | Primitive Violence | ♥ 0 | I spent far longer playing than I should have just because of the audio :D. The core loop is a bit simple, but fully works and I can imagine this would had been quite a nice game with a day of polishing the graphics (Time I understand you missed out on). Good work! | |
| Oct 3 05:17:39 | 7m 27s | Ten Seconds Again | ♥ 1 | Even though the graphics where really simple, I liked the feel of the game. Sound was on point and matched the style. It took me a bit of time before I understood how the "power ups" worked and it didn't seem to have a game over state (or maybe I was too good at the game?) :) Nice one! |
| Oct 3 05:26:11 | 8m 32s | That Time My Dog Got Space Hiccups | ♥ 1 | You managed to pack a lot of different things and puzzles in to the game. My memory is trash, so I felt that it would have been nice to maybe get to stay in the same place at every map when switching back to it, but that might have made the game too easy. I got 5 bones before I got to frustrated (I think I found the solution to all of them though). Nice little game, thanks! |
| Oct 3 05:37:02 | 10m 51s | DUNGEON I/O | ♥ 1 | For some reason, the timer didn't start at first, so I couldn't do anything, but it started after a while. I like the concept and style very much. 10 seconds is far to little time for me to set the correct pattern most times though :( It would've been nice if you could put the modules in a quicker way maybe? Cool game though :) |
| Oct 3 05:54:53 | 17m 51s | Tenfold Rim Mining | ♥ 2 | The first impression was a lot! But I liked that you could slow down time to get your bearings. The mechanics felt solid and you managed to squeeze a lot of detail into the graphics as well. I'm not a TD fan, but I can appreciate what you managed to do. Cool game! |
| Oct 3 07:09:38 | 1h 14m | Pincolour | ♥ 1 | I love pinball! Really nice game. As mentioned by others, the middle area was a bit empty, but sound-fx and gameplay was solid. I do think that the music might have been better to leave out as it, for me at least, destroys the otherwise nice ambiance. |
| Oct 3 07:16:30 | 6m 52s | Time Warp | ♥ 1 | A solid game! The controls felt a bit slow and floaty which is a bit frustrating when you need to get places quickly. But other than that, there's not to much to complain about. Sound design and graphics felt solid and it was fun to play. Good work! |
| Oct 3 07:20:04 | 3m 34s | 10chaSe | ♥ 2 | Always hard to try local multiplayer games. Cool little idea, minimal implementation. I think that you could do a lot with the idea if you spent more time with it. |
| Oct 3 07:27:43 | 7m 39s | Keep it clear, Bob ! | ♥ 1 | Really fun game with spot on sound design! One of the better once I've played despite it's simplicity. A good example of a simple idea that's really well executed without trying to be too much. Very well done! |
| Oct 3 07:45:11 | 17m 28s | Bobo's Happiness Factory | ♥ 1 | Started out calm and ended up frantic. A well done game with overall ok graphics and sound. I didn't really like the "hover" to wrap input. I'd rather see a click input so that it felt a bit more "feedback-y". But non the less, a great accomplishment. Good work! |
| Oct 3 07:59:24 | 14m 13s | Police Mayhem | ♥ 2 | Hard to judge without game play elements, but it's a little fun sandbox that sure shows potential :) |
| Oct 3 08:48:45 | 49m 21s | Hiccaterpillar | ♥ 0 | Nice idea. Took me a while to understand how to go about things and the feedback of what's happening isn't super clear. But when I got how everything worked, it was quite fun! Nice work! |
| Oct 3 09:08:04 | 19m 19s | YAMG Memory | ♥ 1 | The premise didn't sound as fun as it actually was in reality. Trying to be quick to gather as much information as possible during the window you got was fun. And when you had themes getting back into rotation you could try to remember what you learn the first time around. Really solid game! |
| Oct 3 09:17:42 | 9m 38s | 10 Steps to Elysium - Sword Practice | ♥ 1 | Good looking graphics and a solid idea. I think it could be made a bit less frustrating by setting rotation of cards relative to the player without taking away to much of the challenge. |
| Oct 3 09:24:53 | 7m 11s | HAZCAT - Toxic Feline | ♥ 1 | Nice use of 3d to sprites. It felt like a solid Sonic-esc platformer with a bit too floaty controls for my taste. It wasn't really clear what happened every 10 seconds and how the world interaction worked. But solid work nonetheless! |
| Oct 3 09:36:43 | 11m 50s | Hovering Bird | ♥ 1 | Hey! Big points for innovation doing a card-game! Simple rules and really fun to play. Big props for thinking outside the box. |
| Oct 3 09:51:22 | 14m 39s | 0123456789 | ♥ 1 | Crazy music and graphics, really good! Some more environment and particles crazyness would have been even better. LOVED the music! Good work! |
| Oct 3 10:06:03 | 14m 41s | Tool Packer | ♥ 1 | Everything held together nicely. The graphics were great, the sound was minimal but worked good (even though that was the weakest part). Played until I started to unlock already unlocked stuff :) Really good work! |
| Oct 3 10:10:15 | 4m 12s | Every10Seconds | ♥ 1 | Well, based on the fact that you only had 6 hours, you managed to get a solid start. I just started using raylib myself, so my next LD will probably be with that as well. Hope you get more time next time :) |
| Oct 3 10:27:35 | 17m 20s | ItGrows | ♥ 1 | I'm a gameboy fan so the aesthetic was really nice. Some type of structure on the ground would have been nice to tell your speed a bit better, and the collision bounce was a bit harsh I think. But a great entry! |
| Oct 3 10:36:17 | 8m 42s | It's A Match! | ♥ 1 | Had to download Love2d, but still worth it! Fun and frantic with nice graphics. The symbols felt a bit random as there often didn't exist more than maybe one match. Might have been intended as well. Solid fun entry either way :D |
| Oct 3 11:29:42 | 53m 25s | Neural Dodge | ♥ 1 | Oh, the graphics is holding this one back. Don't get me wrong, the graphics are not bad, the rest of the game is just so good! Music is phenomenal and just the correct amount of juice. Good ratings on this one. Very well done! |
| Oct 3 11:42:48 | 13m 06s | Chromachron | ♥ 1 | As others mentioned, the mechanics wasn't super clear even after reading the premise of the game. Also, the level didn't seem to have any given direction that you where supposed to follow. Just aimlessly collecting coins. Anyhow, good work on the game, mechanics and direction apart, everything ran nicely and was quite enjoyable to play around with for a while. Good job! |
| Oct 3 11:53:49 | 11m 01s | Swapply | ♥ 1 | Great game! Good concept and fully realized. Can't say to much about it. I got frustrated when I realized that both players needed to be at the exit simultaneously and hat to fit on the screen at once, but that doesn't effect how good of a game this is :D |
| Oct 3 11:58:23 | 4m 34s | Satellite commander | ♥ 1 | Really fun to play. I'd like to have a bit more feedback on what thrusters I used since it sometimes was hard to tell if I pushed the correct button. Got really hectic after a couple of satellites :D |
| Oct 3 12:04:20 | 5m 57s | Blobbbert: 10 Second Navigator | ♥ 1 | Nice idea, but the darkout areas where used a bit too much I think. It would've been more interesting using more moving enemies to try to calculate their movement while waiting. Good game nonetheless, nice work! |
| Oct 3 14:35:57 | 2h 31m | Teleporter Malfunc-ten | ♥ 1 | I found the game-loop very entertaining. With a bit of balancing, this would be super fun! After a while the sound got a bit unbearable. Nice work! |
| Oct 3 15:15:35 | 39m 38s | Occurrence | ♥ 1 | Well... I'm not sure what I was doing, but it felt cosy and puzzly. I think I managed to visit all the different planets, but found nothing on any of them? :) |
| Oct 3 15:21:18 | 5m 43s | Sneak Guy | ♥ 1 | Love the graphics and sound. It was a bit hard to get a feel for when you were about to get noticed at first and how much the light had to do with it. Solid entry! |
| Oct 3 15:40:51 | 19m 33s | Dodge48 | ♥ 2 | Felt like really nice game if I just had more people to play with :D Good work for 4 hours! |
| Oct 3 18:45:37 | 3h 04m | Freight Frenzy | ♥ 1 | This was really fun to play. It was actually my first idea of what to make myself, but I went for another idea. But in my case it would be a train that would be taking the cargo. Nice to see that the gameplay worked. Well done! |
| Oct 4 06:07:44 | 11h 22m | Parcel Problems. | ♥ 2 | Really fun game! At some point, the new package had the same contents as the one going out, so I sat and waited for a new order before understanding. I think some kind of feedback (or stronger if there already is) on when packages are accepted would be nice. Graphics where really good, sound-design was spot on and the gameplay was fun! Great job! |
| Oct 4 06:48:55 | 41m 11s | Temple of Harmony | ♥ 2 | Nice little adventure style music game. I found it a bit unnecessary that the statues position didn't correspond to the place in the tune. It made it so that even though I knew the correct answer, I was constantly tripping up clicking the wrong statue. Nice work though! |
| Oct 4 07:02:10 | 13m 15s | Crazy Beat Switcher | ♥ 1 | I got to 86000 points and a bit over 200bpm, at that tempo it was really hard making out if some arrows should be held together or separate. You could increase the speed (and by that separating) of the arrows as the tempo goes up to make it clearer. Nice work though, I liked it! |
| Oct 4 07:41:51 | 39m 41s | KindergARTen | ♥ 1 | Cool game! I made it until I had to switch colors, then everything went downhill :D Really solid entry! It would be fun to see a grade on all paintings you do as well. So that you could get a feel for how close you need to get to pass. |
| Oct 4 08:27:57 | 46m 06s | Red and Black's Discommunicative Communication | ♥ 1 | You took a risk with needing a lot of manual content apart from the game mechanics themselves, but I wouldn't have it any other way. The idea is great and the card art and style that's there is really good. I think you should keep developing this! Thanks for a great entry! |
| Oct 5 15:38:31 | 31h 10m | SANDMAN | ♥ 1 | I had some issues with the input since you couldn't cancel movement after clicking a spot. I get the feeling that movement could have been done a bit more strait forward without pathfinding. Played until level 5. Nicely done! |
