Apr 29 03:06:52 1h 00m Hole Flounder ♥ 2 Nice game! I love the idea of a fish in a special suit! Hahaha and the shop keeper! Having to upgrade the suit was a great idea too! Good job!
Apr 30 00:38:11 21h 31m Mole Hole ♥ 1 Nice puzzle game! I like your graphics and animations! Good job!
Apr 30 01:10:39 32m 28s Aquanomicon ♥ 1 I was a bit confused at first with what to do, then I found that you included a guide! After looking at the guide I realize that at list in the html5 version it does not look like in the guide I am missing all the background pictures so I could not see what I was clicking :( Still I managed to make one potion! Even though there was that issue the graphics are really nice and the music too! Also as a suggestion when uploading the web version to itch.io select the "Fullscreen Button" under the "Frame options". Let me know if you manage to fix the problem with the background, I will like to give it another try!
Apr 30 02:41:22 1h 30m Sonder (a story) ♥ 3 I really enjoyed this game! So interesting! The music, the graphics and the story! Great job! I found the bug other people mentioned for the second run where the camera does not pan. If you manage to fix the bug please let me know. Also as a suggestion export it for Linux or Html5!
Apr 30 05:52:28 3h 11m Rooted ♥ 1 I really like your puzzle! Very relaxing! I liked the simple music for focusing and the really nice pixelart! Good job! 😄
May 1 03:56:26 22h 03m Miner Vitalya ♥ 0 I liked the your pixel art! I think that the controls feel a bit awkward, but it may just be me! It is nice that you exported it for Linux and even for the raspberry pi!
May 1 04:08:31 12m 05s Boris with a crazy dream ♥ 1 This is the beginning for a really nice game! I really liked the graphics and the music! The controls felt just right! Great job!
May 1 04:28:38 20m 07s What do cats dream of ? ♥ 1 Hahaha this game really made me laugh! I was definitively not expecting a game like this haha! I loved the graphics and animations with the retro look! The music fits perfectly the mood of the game! 😄 It gets very challenging after a little while, I managed to get to level 8 at one point! Great job!
May 1 13:34:29 9h 05m Clockwork Abyss ♥ 1 I really liked the art style and the music of your game! Good job!
May 1 14:07:11 32m 42s Bad Day to be a Bunny ♥ 3 I really like your game! The graphics are awesome! The music lyrics are hilarious! I liked how it randomizes the level every time, as feedback there were sometimes where a shark was generated to close with the debris and the rocks so it made too hard to avoid. Great Job!
May 2 05:18:05 15h 10m Through Dimensions ♥ 1 Wow! Really a real NES game for an LDjam?!! This is awesome! I am really liking this game... I have not finished it yet! But I love the little puzzles, the music and the graphics... And that it is actually a real NES game! By the way I tried it on my Odroid Go and it works flawlessly there, here is a picture! throughDimensionsOdroidgo.png Great Job!
May 2 17:14:29 11h 56m Implosion ♥ 0 I want to try this game but probably I am doing something wrong or I am misunderstanding something... on the first level I am trying to click what I believe is the character behind a box, but it does not get highlighted or anything and it does not move to where I click next. Is this how the 1st level suppose to look like? Screenshot_2021-05-02_11-15-13.png
May 5 00:30:11 55h 15m Line ♥ 0 Hi @morrilet! Nice game! I liked animations, how the music progress and the mechanic of protecting the air line! The very first time I played it I attempted to stomp on the turtles only to find out that I should just avoid them! The swordfish on the other hand, I knew those guys were trouble as soon as I saw them! It would be nice to have some kind of objective other than just getting as deep as you can, maybe collecting something like coins or even oxygen tanks! Maybe even a story, hmmm how about that guy dropped a wedding ring right before proposing and now he needs to go get that wedding ring before his rival does it hahaha! Good Job!
May 5 00:52:30 22m 19s Below the Ocean ♥ 0 Really nice game! I really enjoyed playing your game! The mechanic you used here is really nice and well implemented! The game feels really polished and the music suites it perfectly! Great game!
May 5 01:09:01 16m 31s Dig Deep Get Gold ♥ 1 Cool game! Really simple yet fun and kind of hypnotic! Good job!
May 5 01:32:35 23m 34s Sid ♥ 1 Nice mechanics! The idea of not being able to jump while holding the lamp is awesome! And the music adds a lot to the whole mix! I would keep the music playing when you rather than restarting it whenever you die, at least in my case it was a lot!
May 7 01:39:51 48h 07m Deep Space Escape ♥ 1 Cool idea! I like the concept of managing the resources while you travel! Nice graphics! I liked that you stated your goals and the lessons you learned! It would be nice to have some music! Also I would suggest to export the game to HTML5, in Godot it is super simple and works really well! Having an HTML5 version makes it really easy for anyone on any system (Chrome OS, Linux, Android...) to try your game! Also I noticed that if I maximize the window it will show some gray areas, you can avoid that in Godot by using Project>Project Settings>Display>Window>Stretch and for mode select "2d" and for aspect select"keep". Overall good base for a game! And thumbs up for trying new tools!
May 8 04:22:12 26h 42m Bioluminescence ♥ 1 Hehehe very relaxing! Nice concept! I really liked the rainbow jellyfish! I think because the jellies and fish are pixelart, having the UI and text as pixelart would match better! Also I would have liked having some kind of background music. Good Job! Screenshot_2021-05-07_22-17-36.png
May 8 04:42:56 20m 44s Debts and Pandamonium ♥ 2 Cool game! I would have never thought about something like this for the theme, very original! I decided to take a look at the city and talking with the different NPCs when all of a sudden I was attacked by a black box! Screenshot_2021-05-07_22-31-44.png I was using the web version, on Firefox. I really like the idea and how you developed it! I really enjoyed the drawings! Good Job!
May 14 00:31:35 139h 48m The Sounds of the Cavern ♥ 0 Hey that was really nice! The music, the sounds, the atmosphere! It does a great job creating a claustrophobic feeling! It took me a while to get used to the controllers. Good job!
May 14 00:51:47 20m 12s Dig Deeper and Deeper ♥ 0 Interesting concept and use of physics! hahaha I ended up burying myself! At the beginning I was really confused with what was I suppose to do, it was until I randomly started buying some of the upgrades that I started to get the hang of it. I would suggest maybe some music and some objectives! Good Job!
May 15 04:39:12 27h 47m Frog ♥ 2 Great game! I really like that frog, the music, the controls, the levels... and it can run on a NES! I wish it had more levels and even a boss... perhaps for a post-jam version? 😄 Great Job! This game runs flawlessly on my Odroid Go: frogNesGameOdroidGo.png
May 17 00:27:07 43h 47m Malleus Pistrium ♥ 1 hahaha that shark is fast! I really like the the graphics and the style of the game. I would suggest to add a scene with some pictures showing the story! And for the retry scene it would be nice to just restart the fight rather than going to the title screen. Nice boss fight! Good job!
May 17 00:40:38 13m 31s Woah, That's Deep. ♥ 0 I like the graphics, the cute submarine and some menacing looking fish haha! I also liked the music! There were times where it felt a bit hard to dodge the enemies! I would suggest perhaps having something to collect, it could be the fuel rather than just recharging by itself over time. Good job!
May 17 02:03:46 1h 23m AntiVirus ♥ 2 This is a very interesting idea! Some of the riddles were a bit hard, so the guide went a long way! I know it is probably part of the windows 3 aesthetic, but opening a new window for each folder got a bit overwhelming after a while! I would suggest for the boss fight to make the weapons easier to spot and the cursor faster to move! Good job!
May 18 02:36:03 24h 32m Piling Up ♥ 0 Nice game! It is like a mix of tetris and asteroids! That was a clever use of the physics engine! Maybe adding screen wrapping from the sides could help to get really far away asteroids. If you add some music and sound effects would be great! Good job!
