Oct 5 08:54:52 Time Prison ♥ 1 Nice game! I really liked the concept, and it had an intriguing story. However, I had a bug where after resetting, the key-card in the first room wasn't there, so I had to wait for another reset for it to appear. This was quit annoying, so I only reached the third room, but I'll gladly try it again after you fix it :)
Oct 5 09:28:23 33m 31s Are We There Yet? ♥ 1 Really nice game! The voice acting and humor were great, and it was a unique take on the theme. After the first loop, I tried to break it by following the other cars (goind up/down), but I just got lost outside the game and had to restart... But other than that, it was a great entry!
Oct 5 09:52:30 24m 07s Danger Beat ♥ 3 Very good game! I really liked the concept of the game punishing you for succeeding instead of rewarding it, and how integrated to the gameplay the audio was. I didn't notice the controls until after reading the other comments, so maybe add it to the game/Ludum Dare page? Also, winning was a bit lacking, so maybe add something? A visual effect, time with full instruments etc.? Other than that, it was a great entry!
Oct 5 10:37:26 44m 56s Press the Buttons ♥ 1 Good game! I liked the way that you had to constantly press the buttons while trying to solve simple puzzles at the same time. The voice acting and calm music were great and really added to the experience. It was rather difficult hitting the number buttons (I always had to aim for the button above the one I was tying to hit) and winning and losing were a bit weird and anti-climatic, but other than that, it was really nice!
Oct 5 12:30:07 1h 52m DEMON LOOP ♥ 1 Good game! It was fun trapping the demons & spawn points inside the loops, and the graphics were rather nice too. The dash invulnerability was a bit weird - I thought I'd move through the enemies, but pushed them instead - but other than that, it was very nice!
Oct 5 12:49:58 19m 51s Loop Shooter ♥ 1 Nice game! It was very hard (I couldn't pass the third wave), but rather satisfying. I really liked the minimalist art style - it gives the game a very distinct look. It was a bit unclear at first (I only noticed the instructions on the ith.io page after a couple of tries), so maybe you can add the instructions to the game/Ludum Dare page? Other than that, it was great!
Oct 5 13:15:33 25m 35s Loopy The Robot ♥ 0 Really good game! It was challenging yet fun - it took me a couple tries to finish each level, but it was really satisfying once I managed it. I only realized how to use the jet pack in around level 5, so maybe add it to the controls? Other than that, it was great!
Oct 5 13:28:16 12m 43s John & Terry ♥ 1 Really nice game! It was rather funny and surprising once I got it. However, it took a bit too long for that to happen - maybe shorten the trigger time? Other than that, great job!
Oct 5 16:09:15 2h 40m Speedrunner ♥ 0 Nice game! I liked the way that you could see every previous attempt, and sometimes had to improve your record speed in order to finish in time. The buttons could've used an indicator of whether they were pressed and the camera was a bit too zoomed in, but other than that, good job!
Oct 5 16:25:00 15m 45s Splirmf ♥ 1 Really nice game! The physics felt weird (mainly too fast), but once I got used to that, it was rather fun! It did make the first level harder than the second and third. I reached the fifth level, but it appeared to be exactly the same as the fourth one, so I stopped there. Also, you should probably update the controls, as Z is used to change screen size and R to restart. Other than that, great entry!
Oct 5 17:07:21 42m 21s Starburn 64 ♥ 1 Great game! This was the most fun game I've played thus far (I reached a score of 2405). While the titles alludes to the Nintendo 64, it looks more like a 3D SNES game (which I personally find much more interesting), but it still looks incredible! The intro text doesn't explain what the grey thingies are (I assume hostile spaceships?), but other than that it's really polished and coherent. Overall, amazing entry!
Oct 6 08:50:44 15h 43m Slime Wrangler ♥ 1 Really nice game! It was very fun - even though it was rather hard at first, I eventually managed to finish it. There were a few bugs - sometimes I lost two lines from a single loop, and it seemed like the correct strategy in every Yellow Slime level (including the boss) was to simply loop everything outside the slime area - but other than that, it was great!
Oct 6 09:21:20 30m 36s LittleIC ♥ 1 Really nice game! My computer couldn't handle the Beautiful setting, but it still looked very nice on the Fastest one. The gameplay was simple but worked well. It would have been nice having a counter of the amount of signals you delivered and the instructions were a bit unclear at first, but other than that, good job!
Oct 6 15:23:29 6h 02m Minotaur's Labyrinth ♥ 1 Very nice game! It was rather fun, and I felt that the length was just right: each new "level" introduced some kind of twist and it never got stale. Even through the graphics were very simple, it was aesthetically pleasing. The progress bar felt essential, as without it everything would probably feel the same. I had no issues with this game, technical or not. Overall, great job!
Oct 7 09:45:23 18h 21m Lux ♥ 1 Nice game! I liked the added challenge of controlling uncooperative mirrors - it made the relatively simple looking game more interesting. I managed to reach a score of 14 after quite a few times. It would have been nice having a high-score display, but other than that, great entry!
Oct 7 10:11:03 25m 40s Tempus Locus ♥ 2 Incredible game! The mechanic was really interesting, and the character animations were really good too. You managed to make lots of levels and puzzles, a rare feat for a game jam. The physics were a bit weird and my computer couldn't run it well (there were lots of FPS drops), so maybe you could add a standalone version? Other than that, great entry!
Oct 7 10:35:39 24m 36s A Boy and his Ghosts ♥ 1 Really nice game! The gameplay was intuitive and fun. I liked all the player animations - the dance, jump, waiting around etc. - and the audio was great too. The slightly unreliable box throwing was a bit annoying on the last level, but other than that, great entry!
Oct 10 10:56:53 72h 21m Lazy River Racing ♥ 1 Really nice game! It included some features rarely seen in Ludum Dares (character select, (bad) AI opponents, that amazing water shader), which was rather impressive. I managed to find all? 3 victories. The shadows were a bit too strong (maybe you forgot to Generate Lighting in Unity?) and the landscape had no collisions, but other than that, great entry!
Oct 10 11:29:50 32m 57s Inbreak ♥ 1 Really nice game! It was very fun, and while it started out a bit too slow, it was very hard by the end! I managed to reach a score of 136. The graphics were also rather nice. Rotating was counter-intuitive for me (I expected the right arrow to rotate it clockwise), so maybe add an option to inverse the controls? Other than that, great entry!
Oct 10 11:41:27 11m 37s FROGS Training to be Heros (In a large 'wheel-thing') ♥ 1 Great game! It was very fun, and I liked all the playable characters and their different playstyles (although Nate seemed much better than the others - I managed to reach a score of 18 with him, while I barely reached 8 with the others). The graphics were really good too. It was a bit weird starting with a high score of 12 - I never managed to reach it with except with Nate - and adding a frog-specific high score would've been nice, but other than that, it was great!
Oct 10 13:05:47 1h 24m Out of Time ♥ 1 Nice game! I really liked the graphics and sound effects. I managed to reach the Power button after a couple of tries, but all it did was turn off the time machine. Is that the goal, or did I miss something? Also, it would have been nice seeing ghosts of your previous attempts. Other than that, good entry!
Oct 10 13:18:00 12m 13s If you think about it, ain't a sling a murder loop? ♥ 0 Really nice game! It was very fun, and I really liked the simplistic art-style and physics. It felt like I could go on forever, but always lost eventually to a string of accidentally throwing the ball straight at the floor. I managed to reach a score of 72 after a while. It would have been nice having a high-score display, but other than that, great entry!
Oct 10 13:32:51 14m 51s Among The Stars ♥ 2 Really nice game! I really liked the gameplay and had a lot of fun. It was rather nice having online leaderboards: I managed to reach a score of 23812 (currently #5) after a couple of tries. It would have been great on a device with 3D capabilities (ex. VR), but obviously that's a bit too much for a game jam. The invert controls option didn't work for me for some reason, but other than that, great entry!
Oct 27 11:32:26 405h 59m EmojAvoid ♥ 1 Really nice game! I liked the core game loop, and the way just five simple levels managed to create interesting gameplay. Even though they were essentially the same levels repeating, I managed to find a better way to finish the last one on the faster setting. The explosion animation was a bit weird, but other than that, great entry!
Oct 27 12:08:13 35m 47s Too Many Phases ♥ 1 Really good game! It was very fun and had an interesting boss-generation mechanic. The screen was a bit too cluttered at time due to the player shots, but other than that, great entry!
