This games dope. I as a general rule don't download games and just play HTML5 stuff but your sweet looking graphics drew me in. This plays really well and your music is good to. For just starting to progress from 2D to 3D I personally would say you are doing really good (I am a huge sucker for those grainy PS1 graphics however.) I did feel like every once and a while I would go to doge a fire pillar\solar flare and I would still get hit by it, but it wasn't game ending or anything. 10/10 would kick back after school and crack open a can of soda and turn the TV to AUX3 to play this if the year was 199X.
Great game!

...I would REALLY like to play this. Is there any way that you can upload it to HTML5?
This game is awesome! I really like the artstyle, it looks like it came from the 90's!
First I thought it was a paper plane lol. Gameplay is fun. I liked the game!
This was lovely! Very well done. The nostalgia really drew me in and it played great.
Nice to see more Godot. I've been poking at it for a while but haven't made the jump away from Unity yet.

Nice graphics, addictive gameplay, varied enemies. Controls are good but its really difficult to tell if you going to hit the lava spraying up ;/ 9/10
Great game! This was the most fun game I've played thus far (I reached a score of 2405). While the titles alludes to the Nintendo 64, it looks more like a 3D SNES game (which I personally find much more interesting), but it still looks incredible! The intro text doesn't explain what the grey thingies are (I assume hostile spaceships?), but other than that it's really polished and coherent. Overall, amazing entry!

@zypo Your prayers have been heard :D HTML5 (web) version is now available. Have fun :)
This was a fun experience! With a little more enemy/environment variety you could turn this into a cool post-jam game! At times it was a bit difficult to see whether or not I would collide with something, but overall a cool game!
good game amazing graphics

Nice game! Not a very innovative concept, and had nothing to do with the theme, but I still enjoyed it. Cool that you use Godot, I did as well!
Awesome game...especially for a compo! Had a blast...best entry ive tried yet.

@nohac But it says in the intro text that you're stuck in a loop around the star :( Oh well, no worries :D Glad that you enjoyed the game. Yay for Godot gang :)

@warrrkus Ha, If that's the case, then all games that takes place on a planet fits the theme, not buying it! Still impressive work for 48 hours!

remember me, wen I was younger and I played to 3D space harrier (by Sega) and I saw game/intro made by demomaker. I liked the music.

This game is really fun, I really like the music and graphics. If I were to add something, I would give the shooting more impactful.
Fun game, i do find the fire columns a bit hard to avoid because you don't really see where you fly/ The music is very upbeat and enjoyable. Not sure if it is the font or a typo but the button says "Bach to" instead of "Back to" for me

@aterlamia Yeah that's just the font. A bit hard to read sometimes. Thank you for playing :)
Amazing music and great nostalgic art style! Overall the game is really challenging and fun to play.
Awesome job on the graphics and solar flare effects. It really drew me in and reminded me instantly of the snes star fox game. Overall, it was really fun and I enjoyed it.

That was a lot of fun, and would be super exciting with some more speed and juice. An expanded version with a couple more enemies that fire back would also be fantastic. I love the retro aesthetic too
Very nostalgic with the N64 graphics, I couldn't get enough of them! The gameplay was a great in the arcade sense, but the perspective throw me off slightly.
