| Oct 5 06:51:31 | Prison of the Dream Weaver | ♥ 1 | Liked the concept, nice loop and feels good when you manage to get some decent upgrades before the next round! Nice artwork too. Always fun when there's a high score table! | |
| Oct 5 06:56:07 | 4m 36s | Collateral Damage | ♥ 1 | Very hard, but if you fail it is over pretty quickly so easy to jump back into another game. The pixel art is really clean. Would have been nice if the difficulty was easier to begin with and got harder (Earth could take more hits or enemies were slower?), just so that you can get used to aiming. |
| Oct 5 07:12:02 | 15m 55s | Oscillator Panic | ♥ 3 | Like the art and aesthetic. Nice gameplay loop of seeming too hard, working out the enemy pattern, progressing, then being introduced to new enemies/gameplay features like the angled walls. The undo and reset buttons are a good idea and stop it becoming frustrating. |
| Oct 5 07:34:16 | 22m 14s | Looper | ♥ 2 | Nice simple visuals. Would be nice if the parameters could be labelled, at least by the user. Would make it slightly easier but would allow progress to later levels where keeping track of the parameter function is tricky! |
| Oct 5 07:53:50 | 19m 34s | The Same Odyssey in Space | ♥ 2 | Took me a few attempts to get close to the end, but I couldn't work out how to check the pods? I like the little book with tips, and the hand drawing is charming. I also couldn't quit the game once back at the main menu. |
| Oct 5 08:42:42 | 48m 52s | LoopHole | ♥ 2 | Nice art and game idea! The difficulty increase on each loop keeps it fresh, and the idea to pick up spent shotgun shells as ammo on the next loop is great |
| Oct 5 19:30:07 | 10h 47m | Race Condition | ♥ 1 | Haha after >50 laps its absolute chaos. All these stupid drivers! |
| Oct 5 19:41:33 | 11m 26s | Hamster Simulator | ♥ 1 | The hamster models are so simple but adorable, and I really like the motivational/kind message when you collapse |
| Oct 5 19:44:07 | 2m 34s | Portal fall | ♥ 0 | I agree with the other commenter, the speed is really fast, with pretty much no time to react to the obstacles unfortunately |
| Oct 5 19:46:37 | 2m 30s | loops | ♥ 1 | Impressive graphics and surrealism! I like how minimal it is |
| Oct 5 21:26:23 | 1h 39m | Free Hamster | ♥ 1 | Just a heads up, there are 2 Free Hamster.exe files at different depths in the extracted directory. Only the one deepest inside works, the other throws an error :) Little tricky to control with the keyboard, might just be me though! The environment and graphics are fantastic for such a short development time! |
| Oct 6 15:53:46 | 18h 27m | Stuck In A Loop | ♥ 1 | I like the concept, and you have turned something that affected you into something creative which is great :) |
| Oct 6 16:06:01 | 12m 15s | The Power Loop | ♥ 1 | I like the art and the puzzles ramped up in difficulty nicely! |
| Oct 6 16:26:24 | 20m 23s | Candyfactory | ♥ 1 | I found the controls quite tricky but I think that was by design. It felt frantic in a good way |
| Oct 6 16:33:14 | 6m 50s | Are We There Yet? | ♥ 1 | Great humour, felt like being a kid on a road trip again haha. Not much money left for the arcades with £2800 repairs! |
| Oct 6 20:14:03 | 3h 40m | Super Platypus Drifter | ♥ 3 | The voices and story text are funny, and the music and graphics make for a really nice experience. The artwork could have been a bit more cohesive (all pixel art or non-pixel art) but I really enjoyed it |
| Oct 6 20:23:34 | 9m 31s | OROBOROS | ♥ 1 | Pretty challenging! I agree with @coderaurus , the sound and pixel graphics make for a really nice mood. (Also I like the name you have used for the link to your github repo, I feel the same about my code 😂 ) |
| Oct 6 20:42:57 | 19m 23s | Roll your Dough | ♥ 1 | Felt a little bit like Papers Please, with the dystopian text and bills/paycheck! I think I got a glitch where dough was being thrown onto my breakfast table! I enjoyed the controls with the mouse controlling the hand :) |
| Oct 6 21:29:31 | 46m 34s | This House Looks Familiar | ♥ 1 | Great progression, the changes each time were different which kept it fresh. The subtle music changes and darkness changing slowly sinks you into an unnerving feeling. Reminded me a bit of Tranquility Lane from Fallout 3 at the start. Engaging :) |
| Oct 6 21:54:43 | 25m 12s | Bind Off | ♥ 1 | The poetry and design was lovely. Some of the mistakes were hard to find, I think if they had been a little bit easier the flow would between sections would have been smoother, but thats just being picky :) I really enjoyed it |
| Oct 6 22:14:58 | 20m 15s | Bee, leave it or knot | ♥ 1 | Tried a few times but the 60 bees is a bit tricky to get past the first level! Liked the idea though :) |
| Oct 6 22:22:58 | 8m 00s | Looping Robot | ♥ 1 | Nice game, would be good if you could look around the map before playing and as @diego-escalante said, to be able to edit your code or move the commands around rather than starting from scratch if you get it wrong. Good fun :) |
| Oct 7 19:22:07 | 20h 59m | Minute Sniper | ♥ 0 | Good idea, but I was a little bit confused about who to kill - I thought i found the person who delivered the (no spoiler) but I didn't save Mr White? I had fun anyway, good idea with the theme! |
| Oct 7 19:27:50 | 5m 43s | maximum loopage | ♥ 1 | Shame noone else was online! Felt like Mad Max. I think it would have been a bit easier to plau if the controls were a little bit less sensitive and if the camera was either fixed or zoomed out more like @mnursey said. Impressive to make a multiplayer game in the short time :) |
| Oct 7 19:39:00 | 11m 10s | Quivering | ♥ 1 | Shot myself so. many. times! :) |
| Oct 7 19:47:32 | 8m 32s | Ribbon | ♥ 2 | Beautiful game design. Took me a while to work out what to do, but very imaginative! |
| Oct 7 19:59:22 | 11m 50s | Dwarven Delve | ♥ 1 | The pixel aesthetics work really nice for a match-3 like this, and the loop is a nice additional mechanic :) |
| Oct 7 20:31:37 | 32m 15s | The Good, The Bad and The Fluffy | ♥ 2 | Great game, took some thinking through and I enjoyed it. Graphics and gameplay are fantastic for something produced in 3 days! |
| Oct 7 20:42:58 | 11m 21s | Dungeon Simulator | ♥ 1 | Really nice aesthetic, and the concept is great. Turned it fullscreen so that the up and down keys weren't scrolling the browser :) The only thing I didn't like was the mouse being tied to the camera, made it a little tricky to place items. A deadzone would have been good, but thats only if I'm being picky! :) |
| Oct 7 21:02:33 | 19m 35s | CUB | ♥ 1 | Really nice and polished implementation of this mechanic. Seen a few others and yours seems to have the best level design, simple but challenging at the same time. Always a fan of clean pixel art and 8 bit noises too! |
| Oct 7 21:12:27 | 9m 54s | SUNSTYX | ♥ 1 | A bit confusing at first, I wasn't sure how the stabilisation mechanic was supposed to work. The graphics, colour scheme and music all make for a really nice atmosphere. A nice rounded polished game :) |
| Oct 10 09:52:41 | 60h 40m | Danger Castle | ♥ 1 | Really like roguelikes and this was fun! The way the UI has the game window, controls, inventory etc looks really polished, like a control panel. I agree with the other commenters that keyboard controls would be great, maybe move using WASD or arrows, and if there is an enemy in the way, attack instead? Had fun :) |
