Had moments of fighting through enemies just barely about to run out and keeping it slightly alive with enemy souls and then I come across a few prisoners and I'm back to full and very relieved. Along with just the aesthetic and the game-feel, it all makes for a really fun and satisfying experience. |

In the mid-game it was fun trying to balance all the meters while still getting cultists in, but it gets a little trivial once you get enough cultists but since there's an end condition it just feels like a satisfying ramp to the finish. Loved the art and the particle effects to show which meter they were contributing to, and the theme is on point. Also always appreciate a tutorial (even though I didn't even have time to put one in lol). Great game! |

Amazingly polished, noticed a bunch of fine movement tricks that really make it feel satisfying and rewarding (since it's more of a puzzler than a platformer, things like slightly going up the walls if you were about to miss a jump was really nice). Only issue was sometimes it switched back to my guy holding the switch down too quickly when i failed and i ended up running off (particularly in the last level), but besides that it was flawless. |
