i am pleasantly confused.
i liked the bouncing bullets mechanic, it gave it some puzzle element insted ofjust shoot the enemies. however i found that the post processing significantly slowed the game down for me and this made it less enjoyable to play. also it would have been nice if the camera folowed the camera a bit more closely instead of trailing so far behind the player. :}
i got stuck a lot when trying to jump onto things, and the shop somethimes didnt work
thanks for the feedback! there are of course TONS of bugs but thats just the nature of game jams, glad there is anything positive to say about it at all tbh
i like that max weight idea, i think we will add something like this if we continue work on the game later
we have continued work on it and now have music and sound effects, as well as lots more. but we just didnt get that done in the 3 days.
you have to scroll to the empty carriage and then you can buy weapons on it @lukebandy @doot
@hybitous thanks for the great review. we have fixed the bugs you mentioned already and added music/ sound effects. we are working on making it for mobile and plan to release it at some point. we'll be sure to @ you when it comes out :)
movement felt slightly buggy, but shooting was very satisfying. overall good user feedback from sounds and such. interesting mechanic too. i like.
interesting timing based puzzle, was a bit disapointed by how slowly it ran but i guess its hard to optimize in such a short time. definately challenging and interesting. good job
fun to play initially, but would have been nice to have some harder enemies and more variation. every room felt exactly the same. sven some simple colour or lighting variation would have helped this greatly. sound effects went a long way to make the combat feel satisfying. good job.
hehe i was also going to make a mobius strip game, but ended up doing it on an island. glad someone did. i kinda fell off the möbius strip, oh well. very nice atmosphere and nice details like the little water holder. i like the dome you start in too. good job.
clear simple graphics with nice colour scheme, i like.
