4 Dimensions by phantomunboxing 2016-08-28T22:14:00

Would have preferred writing instead of the voice-acting, interesting concept nonetheless, next time make sure to put a secondary light source for diffuse lighting to prevent completely black shadows. Also very difficult, finished with 10 deaths. Keep it up!

Pen and paper by RasmusErik 2016-08-30T04:24:00

Very nostalgic! Extremely cool handmade graphics, good job!

"Ancient" and Ancient by Jadernak 2016-08-30T19:25:00

Extremely impressive work! Good job! Very nice graphics and interesting take on the theme. Winning condition is a bit unclear in my opinion but it makes sense in the end.

Random Access Aliens by edve98 2016-08-29T19:10:00

Nice work making the engine ad-hoc for the occasion! I Like ASCII graphics in general so that's cool, unfortunate that you ran out of time, would have loved to see more content. What else to say, it's a simple game but nicely executed. Maybe a bit lackluster in the theme department but that's optional so...

The Art of the Rope by Aun 2016-08-29T09:17:00

Nice idea, very difficult. It's been said already but a simple animationa would improve thid dramatically. also nice idea for the story.

Dig Dig Revolution by LittleDoomDevs 2016-09-02T08:01:00

Very cool music and art, also very thematic. Music sync was not particularly well implemented (played on Android). I kow it's hard to do well and this is a game jam but i feel obligated to say it. I feel like it would have been better to give player feed back in regards to their timing instead of just not moving, and maybe add a score counter so that the 3 star system is actually explained. Overall though very impressive! Good job!

Battle Cards by PlonkyDonkey 2016-09-02T07:39:00

Played on Android. Graphics are very nice, remind me of Reigns (was it an inspiration?). It's simple but cool! It would have been amazing to have some sort of deckbuilding element but it was made in a game jam so i'm not conplaining. It also feel very polished. Good job

Ancient Mechanic by sn0uk 2016-08-29T19:33:00

Extremely ambitious, probably too much for a 48 hour long game jam, although i admire the hard work. Seriously, i do.
The game is too dark, it's very hard to see and understand what you're doing in my opinion. The mouse also really needs to be of a lighter color.
In general there is a certain lack of feedback to the player as to what is happening.
Also: typos (just kidding)

Search Treasure By Amine Tcherak by Amine Tcherak 2016-08-30T12:34:00

Nice job spamming comments to get visibility, other than that i'll just reiterate what others have already said: slippery physics, uncomfortable controls and bland level deisign.
I appreaciate the effort but spamming comments is not nice behaviour. Next time try to actually play the games and provide useful feedback.

Rm -universe by LCMW_Spud 2016-08-29T19:22:00

Nice idea, i found the strategy element to be the most entertaining part of this game, deciding, whether to read that red book or not. A pity for the music. Also it would have been nice to have a clearer indication for the doors, it took me a while to realize they existed, i was waiting for new books to spawn XD Keep it up

Pharaoh's Diamond by Lojchin 2016-08-30T12:21:00

Very nice! Starts simple and gets quite difficult.
Some funky collisions sometimes but other than that it's quite good!

Replicator by toadheart 2016-08-30T09:36:00

Nice idea. I don't really know what's going on in terms of story but the art is quite good. Extremely short and it took me a while to understand where to trigger the end screen because it's in a weird spot. Keep it up!

Ancient Island Simulator 2016 by TeslaCools 2016-08-30T08:25:00

Cool game but it seems a bit unbalanced. If you're not careful it become actually impossible to grow your population (and that might actually be the point for all i know).
Food production doesn't feel like it's scaling correctly. Also there sem to be some pathfinding bugs: sometimes my workers don't seem to be able to see the last couple of trees/rocks remaining and just stand there, other times when they go to the shrine (to eat?) they just phase through matter in a straight line.
Very good job though!

My house is over there by kyyninen 2016-08-30T19:41:00

Nice atmosphere, i love the fact that you put some "life" in the form of the cars passing by, it adds a lot. I feel like i missed some dialog sections because i have no idea what's going on, i just know i found green lights.
There is something weird going on with the foliage when you get up close and the map ends abruptly in blue space but that is just nitpicking, the map is large and well made. Great work!

The great catapult war by JK5000 2016-08-29T19:50:00

I really want to try this game with a friend, like many have said before it feels "slow". I think that comes from the fact that only one move is allowed per turn, making it very hard to build effective strategies because that would take even more time and you want to get control of the bonus tiles quicklyto secure the victory.
But like i said: needs testing with a friend.
Nice graphics, nice sound effects, don't really enjoy the voice acting though i get the point, i would have preferred another sound effect of some kind (maybe simulating wooden wheels turning on grass but maybe i'm exaggerating).
Sorry for not being able to provide more insightful feedback.

Temple Quest by Vaiaphraim 2016-08-29T19:00:00

Nice game with cool music! I found the control layout to be farily uncomfortable, making an already difficult gamme even more punishing. I approve the skippable nature of the levels because of the difficulty but i believe that making certain obstacle combinations more forgiving would have been a good thing, possibly rendering the game more "challenging" as opposed to "somewhat frustrating".
Overall very good job nonetheless!

Blunderbuss by Steven Miller 2016-08-29T08:57:00

Cool graphics and UI. I like that it's not overwhelmingly difficult, i died a couple of time to finish it. In the later levels it gets a bit difficult to understand what is cover and what is background, despite the outline. Overall very cool game and idea (personally i would have shortened the reloading by one cycle)

The Fixer by lordvorath 2016-08-30T09:18:00

@Syrapt0r Ahah! Didn't expect that! Thank you very much for opening your system to my vicious vir*ahem*playing my game. Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for the feedback!

@blinry @wheerd @FaeLD @Hackingroelz @kndx123 Thank you very much for the feedback, for a while i was actually worried that the map was too small and simple XD I was struggling with the room editor and was getting a bit frustrated so i had to rush it, completely erasing any semblance of plan i had of putting hieroglyphs on the walls as landmarks :(

I'm also extremely happy a lot of you actually liked the music, it means a lot to me (i have a past as a musician).
Thank you!

Theoton by ninja00283 2016-08-29T13:23:00

More like an action-puzzle game of sorts, maybe a bit too easy/short but enjoyed it quite a lot.
