Fun game, I like it! The pixel art looks great as well.
Minor thing, when the inventory is full you can't see the stats on the picked up item unless you drop it so it ends up below your inventory. Took me a while to figure that out.
Other than that, great job!

Personally I would increase the SPACE (heh), between the different obstacles and make it so the different actions cannot be spammed. So it's more about timing and not speed.

I love that the MEGALAZOR is charged faster when your sanity level is low, so that it's ready to use when you're in trouble. Really keeps the pace up!

A bit hard to see where the objects are about to land when they cover the green and red outlines. Maybe if the objects were transparent until they landed?
