LD46 — Keep it alive

BLIP! by Lucien Catonnet 2020-04-21T09:38:28Z

Surprisingly challenging, but really fun puzzle game. I've bookmarked this page just to come back and beat the damn thing later. With the simple controls and great retro graphics, this could be an amazing mobile game.

Sons of the Boulder Goddess by superpatch 2020-04-21T09:23:10Z

Really finnicky controls, but your art/sound team deserves all the love they get.

Super Stick Party by Nehvis 2020-04-21T08:36:46Z

Simple idea, nicely executed! The music is great, and I also like the simple, but well made animations. My only problem is, that the sprites looked way too small for me, but that might just be me with my old and bad eyes

Keep it afloat! by Maka 2020-04-21T10:14:17Z

Really fun game, the music is amazing. The game play gets a bit repetitive, but if you could fix that with different songs/changing speed, it would be amazing. Definitely bookmarked, I'm looking out for a post-jam release.

Keep Her Light by arche-san 2020-04-21T12:29:14Z

Amazing art style, heart wrenching story, and really good incorporation of theme.

There is a tiny bug with the message you get when you click on the door before the ending day. doorbug.png

Also, for some reason programming is written in French in the credits, I'm not sure that's intentional.

Amazing game, only some tiny, insignificant, and easy to fix problems, I definitely hope you will rank high!

@hamzeh Thank you, our artist is very happy to hear all these nice comments! We are actually planing on making an android version post jam

Life of ITman by Bozont 2020-04-21T15:47:07Z

@nitero Thank you for playing, and for the feedback! I agree with you from play testing, we do plan on doing a post jam version, where we will hopefully add more animations.

@torh Hi! Thanks for the kind words. We have added an indiexpo page, you can find it in the Downloads and Links section on this page. We recommend you download the desktop version.

@room606 Sadly, the leaderboards feature doesn't work from the browser, as of now.

Thank you for your kind words, the isometric view was often a pain to work with, but I think it was worth it.

Life of ITman by Bozont 2020-04-23T15:45:15Z

@manderxan Sadly, the leaderboard doesn't work in the browser version, that would be the highest score on it right now. Thank you for your playing!

Life of ITman by Bozont 2020-04-29T17:01:59Z

@jmad Congrats on being top of the scoreboard! Thank you for playing, and taking the time to give feedback.

@disthron Thank you for the feedback! I agree, better visual feedback upon picking up items would have been better, if we get to building a post jam version, that will be the first improvement we add.

El Burritón by JakNak72 2020-04-21T10:43:25Z

Really, really great concept. I think with a tutorial, and some polish, this could be a really, really good game, just add a tutorial to ease the player into the mechanics

Me. Fire. Run. Cave. by Ryano 2020-04-21T09:58:11Z

Charming platformer, the audio design is really fun

KiTa by MKRaw 2020-04-21T01:22:26Z

Potentially amazing mobile game! The hit detection feels a bit off, a lot of times it feels like I should have been fine, but still died. The artstyle is phenomenal however, I'd definitely think about releasing this on android.

Remember his Name by Adinimys 2020-04-21T10:56:32Z

Amazing use of the theme, and a very unique, and fun mechanic

Exstare by IC Rainbow 2020-04-21T09:52:51Z

A really fun, and challenging physics game. The lack of audio is a huge shame tho.

OwOrbit by AudreyC 2020-04-21T01:09:00Z

The controls are unique, took a bit of getting used to, but they are really fun! This would make a great mobile game.

Silva by derparuni 2020-04-21T08:50:41Z

Really moody entry! My only problem is the UI scales weird with fullscreen, which is a shame, cause playing fullscreen really adds to the mood. I'll definitely save this one, and play it fully just to see the story end.

Nyctophobia by oodavy 2020-04-21T09:07:35Z

Pretty moody, and really nice lighting. It just feels weird you can't light your candle from other candles already lit. (Or if you can, I couldn't figure out how)

cheяnoбуl simulator (chernobyl simulator) by Hamzeh 2020-04-23T15:51:40Z

You guys did an amazing job on the artstyle, and the mood of this game. After your explanation in the comments, it's enjoyable, in that stressful kind of way. You wrote somewhere that you are beginners, but I'm definitely looking out for future works from you, just for the moody, dark tone and feel.

Midnight Technician by BillehBawb 2020-04-21T00:35:48Z

Great work on the sound design, really gives it that good arcade feel.

The music is amazing!
