Very nice game, controls are super easy (any key you want) and it's fun to play. The game mechanics are similar to Flappy Bird only a lot better.

Very nice game, controls are super easy (any key you want) and it's fun to play. The game mechanics are similar to Flappy Bird only a lot better.
The slime particles are pretty cool. The game runs really smooth and the mechanics are good. I would have liked some of the levels to be slightly more challenging, but Good job.
I think scaring the heck out of a kid is a funny approach to being the monster ;)
I had some fun with the game. As you grow bigger it also becomes harder to backtrack, so I guess I ended up missing some villagers. ( I had 9/11)
The controls were good, just the hardest part was to land some of the jumps but I think it just takes a little getting used to.
It's a nice idea and fits the theme very well. Also nice story.
I think this is one of those games you have to lose a couple times before getting the hang of it. Infecting a soldier first worked well.
The graphics are nice and contribute greatly to the mood, with the rain, dark layout. The controls are easy to understand. Frenzy mode is nice when there are few people left (or no soldiers).
A very nice approach to the theme, very fitting graphics and fun (I like that there are many different lines picked at random for Moves, etc). Good job ;)
The fact that when you get to the alien base and see the "red ghosts" running away from you, you start wondering about them actually being a threat.
The mechanics were nice, I especially liked how the blue lasers were synchronized and you had to time your jumps.
Overall, well-made story and great game!
Fun and innovative game and fits the theme very well. However you've made the levels very difficult and it takes many tries to get it right. I had to play a few times to see where the explorers would head or to throw things perfectly. This should be somewhat easier.
Other than that it's a fun idea for a game.
The map is a bit too big, most of the game is spent walking, I think a more tightly packed map would've had more impact.
But the graphics and mood are great. The people around you just push you away, or look away, because you did something.. because you are the monster.
I find this game somewhat addictive. Kind of reminds me of snake because the monster grows as it feeds, and when he gets too big it's really hard to escape. Nice game.
Also the sounds and sprites are cool. Above all else I enjoyed eating birdies.
I liked the mustachy character and that he throws baguettes. The controls were good, graphics too, it was fun.
Saving people is tough, but I guess you have to try hard to prove you're not a monster. ;)
Hitting any wall seems to end the game, and if you keep pressing continue weird things happen. Guess it's a bug?
It's a fun game.
The shaders/outlines looked pretty awesoe, the camera angle is a bit off in some levels. Overall it's an interesting game. I was trying to get them to kill each other with the smallest amount of food, but then it wasn't the goal.. I'm a monster!
I think this is one of the best game concepts I've seen so far, it's really fun to be playing a cute monster that helps a hero in the background! Too bad the game breaking bugs are there but keep working on your game ;) Nice graphics and music too.
Ooops, my bad, I think I found the error. It happens when you end and one of the player's is still alive.
The shaders are very awesome, but I'm not sure they fit well with the game because I don't understand it. I couldn't understand what was going on, even after finding the orange pool. There isn't much gameplay aside from finding the orange thing or escaping from the green skeletons (the eerie sound really makes you want to run away!). Also I would think you could hit the other skeletons with the hands but it doesn't seem to do anything.
I did read the in-game messages about it being a simulation and all but I think you need a better explanation for how the game works.
Besides being a skeleton I also don't see how this fits the theme.
However you set a very nice mood, with the eerie music, dark halls (sometimes a little bit too dark, but maybe it's just the settings I picked) and the things falling apart.
Super awesome use of the theme. Very fun to play!
The defensive walls don't actually block the chickens and wolves.. One game a wolf spawned inside the house and got blocked by a wall I placed there, then I lost. There's no indication of how much HP is left. But otherwise it's a fun game.
I think the mouse input is too sensitive, even after lowering the DPI. It's a fun game and it does remind me of Serious Sam as well, with the hardcore shooting tons of enemies.
I gave up at level 11, at which point the landing pad was so small the ship barely fits and you actually have to keep up with planet's rotation to be able to land. Not being able to turn while thrusting makes it really hard at higher levels but I guess it's part of the theme. Loved the visuals, nice gameplay. Great job! Also, I would have liked to see my "Landing success rate". (So bad!)
You should make it so the ship always starts in the same direction (per level) instead of the direction before dying. Anyway, fun little game, wish it had more levels ;)
It seems the windows version is missing the "GrowBlocksWin_data". I can't run it.
Make sure you run the OpenAL installer. It will create a copy of "OpenAL32.dll" in your system32 folder. And the VS 2015 Redist too.
How/when do the controls not respond?
A ver unique concept. It was not clear to me at first, but the order in which you should transfer organs depends on the distance they have to "travel" and how they affect other stats. Well done!
So the game doesn't expand to the entire window? That's odd.. I compiled and tested on Win10 x64 too.
