So the game doesn't expand to the entire window? That's odd.. I compiled and tested on Win10 x64 too.
Looks like a lot of fun, it's a shame i don't windows to play it.
Game failed to load for me (windows 7 x64, Nvidia GT 740m). Just says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application" (might be just my dodgy laptop mind)
Getting a similar error as others on Windows 10 X64, sorry...

Nice game. Simple but feels well balanced and progresses nicely. Good to see you're using C++/OpenGL!
It's cool, but i think an energic soundtrack and if you increase speed, it could be better !
Funny concept, just like in those japanese shows. Eye-stabbing graphics, a little fog in the far away would be nice.
It says msvcp140.dll is required.

Trying to install the runtime, Windows tells me I already have another version and that it won't install :( Running the game crashes. Shame, this one looked really interesting. It's because of issues like this that I switched to making web browser games, and then to unity.
i had lots of fun... but kinda gets difficult, or it's just me
